Forward Anass Zaroury was in high spirits following Burnley's victory against Swansea City on Saturday.
His 45th minute goal was a dream for his first home start and the new signing is enjoying life at Turf Moor, having signed for the Clarets at the end of August.
Zaroury on the result:
“I’m really happy, it’s a good thing to win 4-0, especially just my first game as a starting player at Turf Moor. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, it was crazy, so I think we can keep going like that.”
Zaroury on his first goal:
“I really liked it. It was a great atmosphere like I said, all the noise that you hear when the goal went in, so it was really good to score here.”
Zaroury on settling into Burnley:
“It’s really good here, also we are a team with a lot of new players, but I think those that were here before, they really made it easy for me to integrate into the team."

Zaroury on working under Kompany:
“Of course, I’m still a young football player, 20 years old, my career is still long, and I have lots to learn and improve, so I think that with a manager like Vincent Kompany, it’s a good thing.”
Zaroury on the Championship:
“The league is really good because you play a lot of games, that’s all we want. Now it’s also up to me to prove that I’m more professional, to prepare, to recuperate after the games.”
Zaroury on Birmingham City midweek:
“I’m feeling good, it’s a good thing that we won 4-0 today, it’s something positive we can take with us for the next game.”
