Important information to all season ticket holders regarding loyalty points.

Loyalty Points System How It Works: The loyalty points system helps determine priority for away ticket sales, rewarding fans for their continued support both home and away. Rolling 5-Year Points Period

Loyalty points are valid for a rolling five-year period.
For example, points for the 2025/26 season are calculated from the 2020/21 season onwards.
At the end of each season, points from six seasons ago are removed before the next campaign begins.
- Example: At the end of 2025/26, points from 2020/21 will be removed.

Will I get loyalty points for Covid-19 affected seasons?

Due to the 2021/22 season being played behind closed doors no loyalty points for any supporter will be accumulated from that season.

When will points be reset?

Around the start of July each season.

How many loyalty points will I need to be in the first priority period? Will this be reduced from previous years if I can only gather loyalty points over a five-year period?

As the size of the away allocation varies depending on stadium capacity the loyalty point requirements will be announced once the allocation has been finalised. This will be at least five (5) weeks prior to each fixture and the amount will vary for different matches.

When do loyalty points get added to my account?

Loyalty points are added at the point of purchase and will be updated immediately to your account.

How do I get loyalty points?

Loyalty points are achieved through purchasing tickets for Burnley FC fixtures. Supporters will receive 350 points for a season ticket, 20 points for an away fixture and points 10 points for attending a home fixture. Please note if multiple tickets are purchased under one account, then points will only be added for the value of 1 ticket. To 'attend' a fixture, a supporter either needs to have their ticket scanned on entry, list their ticket on the Ticket Exchange of forward their ticket to another another supporter.
