Burnley FC Women’s FA Women’s National League Cup Quarter-Final tie against Nottingham Forest Women this Sunday – 22nd January – has been reversed and will now be played at the Reds’ home venue, the Halbrooke Stadium.
The last-eight tie had been scheduled to take place with the Claret Women as hosts at Lancaster City’s Giant Axe.
But concerns relating to the playing surface following the freezing temperatures & snowfall experienced over the last week, combined with the forecast over the weekend, have seen a late change.
