Burnley Football Club can confirm that Joe McGlynn & Jacson Coppack have joined Hyde United & Padiham FC respectively on month-long loan deals while Finn Armstrong has extended his stay with FC United of Manchester until the end of this calendar year.
Striker McGlynn – who earlier this season spent time with Oldham Athletic – put pen to paper on his youth loan earlier today, and made his debut for Hyde tonight against Stafford Rangers in a 1-1 draw.
The Scottish youth international has been in the Clarets academy from the age of 12, and is set to remain with the Northern Premier League Premier Division outfit until 23rd November.
Coppack meanwhile joins Padiham, who operate in the the North West Counties League Premier Division, until 21st November on a work experience loan agreement.
The versatile midfielder, who has been at Burnley since 2020, previously spent a month with Ramsbottom United this term.
And rounding off the trio of new loan deals in the U21s ranks is full back Armstrong who has signed an extension to his youth loan with FC United of Manchester, who like Hyde, play in the Northern Premier League Premier Division.
With the Clarets Academy from U13 level, Armstrong joined FC back in September and has since played every minute of every game for the side currently topping the league table. He will now remain at Broadhurst Park until 31st December.
There are now seven of the U21s squad currently out on loan across the Football League & non-league pyramid, as follows:
Bobby Thomas (Bristol Rovers, season-long)
Finn Armstrong (FC United of Manchester, 31st December)
Jacson Coppack (Padiham FC, 21st November)
Joe McGlynn (Hyde United, 23rd November)
Lewis Richardson (Grimsby Town, season-long)
Sam Waller (Lancaster City, 6th November)
Will Hugill (Leek Town, 6th November)
