We can now confirm that the ticket office will reopen on Monday 19th April, from 10am - 4pm.
The ticket office opening times will be from Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm.
We are still operating under COVID-19 guidance, so we ask that social distancing guidelines are respected. This means that you will be required to wear a mask upon entering the ticket office and there will be a limit on the number of people allowed in at a time.
We anticipate a huge demand when the ticket office reopens, so please only come down if you have first read through the advice on the website, worked through the FAQ's (these are regularly updated) and are still experiencing issues with your ticketing account.
We also ask that only supporters eligible to renew in Phase 1 attend in the coming week as we will need to prioritise this phase of renewals first. You can find out which phase you are in here.
