The bet365 Stadium is a five-minute drive away from Junction 15 of the M6 for those travelling from the north or south and is also the last turn off on the A50 when heading from the east. You can also reach it from the west via the A500 at junction 16 of the M6. Once near the ground, simply follow the signs.
By Bus or Coach
The number ‘20’ bus service runs from Stand N at the Stoke-on-Trent City Centre Bus Station in Hanley to the bet365 Stadium, via Stoke-on-Trent Railway Station and Stoke town centre. For more information visit stokebus.info. National Express also operates coach services to the City Centre Bus Station. By Foot or Bicycle
The bet365 Stadium is a two-mile, 40-minute walk away from Stoke town centre. It is accessible from nearby the Stoke-on-Trent Railway Station, by joining the National Cycle Route 5 path from Wharf Place off Glebe Street and heading South along the Trent & Mersey Canal.
Coach Parking
Coaches are directed to park and drop off away supporters at the back of The Caldwell Construction Stand near to the Visiting Supporters turnstiles. They remain there until departure after the final whistle.
By Plane
Stoke-on-Trent’s central position in England means several major airports are within easy reach. Manchester International Airport, Birmingham International Airport, Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport and East Midlands Airport are all around an hour away from the city.
By Train
Stoke-on-Trent Railway Station is situated on the West Coast Main Line and provides direct access from London, Manchester, Birmingham, Derby and Crewe. The station offers a bar owned by Titanic Brewery, a local brewery, Bureau de Change, ATM machine and two coffee shops, along with toilet and Wi-Fi facilities.
Please note: Away supporters are often met by the police at the railway station and taken to Staffordshire University or a pub near to it for refreshments. They are then shuttle bussed up to the bet365 Stadium. After the game, there are buses that return away fans to the railway station.
Taxi from the railway station
A taxi rank is accessible from Platform 1 or by exiting the station at the main entrance and turning left.
Parking
Car parks at the bet365 Stadium open from two hours before kick-off on a matchday. The North West 1 and West 2 car parks are limited to vehicles with seasonal parking permits only. Pre-paid match-by-match passes for the Club’s South Car Park can be brought directly from Stoke City's Ticket Office, either in person or by calling 01782 367 599. At present, these are not available online.
Pay on arrival parking
Several of the surrounding businesses also offer officially recognised pay-on-the-day parking. These include the Power league 5-a-side football centre, Hem Heath Cricket Club, Longton Rugby Club and BFM Europe.
Disabled parking
Disabled supporters with valid ‘blue badge’ parking permits are recommended to liaise with on-site stewards who will help facilitate the best available spaces.
Visiting Supporters Section
As an away fan, you will be housed in the Visiting Supporters section of The Tile Mountain Stand. Dependant on the competition of the match and its demand for tickets you will receive some or all of this stand.
Food and drinks
As soon as you arrive outside the away end you will see a van selling burgers, hot dogs and drinks, and the stadium concourse kiosks inside the bet365 Stadium serve a range of hot and cold food and beverages. Other fast-food outlets are dotted around the outside of the Stadium.
Prohibited items
The following articles must not be brought within the ground - knives, illegal substances, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, bottles, glass vessels, cans, poles and any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety. Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to the ground. You may not bring into the ground any flags or banners larger than those maximum dimensions permitted by the Club from time to time (or, in the absence of such stipulations, 2 metres x 1 metre) and/or of an offensive nature.

The stewards on Saturday will be Marcus, Andrew and Qasim. You’ll spot them, as always, in their red jackets with Burnley badges.
They’re there to help and support YOU if you need them - or just a regular, friendly face to keep you reassured and answer any questions you may have!

Facilities for wheelchair user disabled supporters
The bet365 Stadium accommodates home and away supporters who are wheelchair users (subject to availability) and these bays have ground level access and are mid-tier or pitch side.
They currently have a total of 160 wheelchair spaces around the stadium which are allocated to home supporters, and up to 26 spaces that can be allocated to away supporters.
To allow easy access into the stadium, they also have higher level bays situated at the top of each corner. Entry for wheelchair disabled supporters will be via the specified gates meaning supporters do not enter through the turnstiles.
Facilities for ambulant disabled supporters
The bet365 Stadium have recommended seating within the stadium for ambulant disabled supporters. These are in the lower part of the stands either side of the isles and can be accessed with minimal steps after exiting the concourse area. They also have several dedicated ambulant seats in higher-level areas of the stadium. Please note that you would need to be able to exit the stadium quickly and safely should there be an emergency. To allow easy access into the stadium, entry for ambulant disabled supporters will be via the specified gates and not through the turnstiles.
Facilities for blind and partially sighted supporters
There is no allocated seating for blind and partially sighted supporters within the stadium but please note that you would need to be able to exit the stadium quickly and safely in an emergency.
Assistance Dogs
The bet365 Stadium welcome disabled supporters using an assistance dog. Please let them know, when purchasing tickets, that you will be accompanied by an assistance dog when attending matches. There is a small area between the Franklyn Stand and the Boothen End that is suitable for exercising your dog if required.
Headsets
Live matchday commentary provided by RNIB Soccersight is available to both home and away supporters.
If you are an away supporter looking to access a headset, please make the request through your Club’s dedicated DLO or Ticket Office when you purchase tickets, so they can pass on relevant information. A member of Stoke City's matchday support team will bring the headset to your seat before the match begins and will come to collect it from you after the game.
Due to hygiene reasons, the stadium require you to bring your own earphones to attach to the headset.
