Burnley are on the road this weekend to take on Brentford on Saturday afternoon.

There are eight stations located within a 20-minute walking radius of the stadium, so if you are planning to travel either by train or tube to the stadium, do please consider all of these and whether you can walk to the stadium.

By Train

The nearest station, Kew Bridge, has one South Western Railway train every 15 minutes on matchday Saturdays (and up to four trains per hour on Sundays), with trains every 15 minutes on weekdays (up to 10pm, then every 30 minutes until the last train). Trains to the stadium from central London are from Waterloo Station. Take into consideration that Kew Bridge is not step-free.

Brentford station is the nearest step-free station. Cheswick station is also less than 30 minutes’ walk from the stadium on the same line.

Gunnersbury station is the closest station that offers both the District line underground and London Overground connections however the station is not currently opening until one hour after the final whistle. Gunnersbury station has a small platform which could result in longer wait times during pre-match and post-match periods and will need to be restricted when there isn’t space to join the platform safely.

By Car

The quickest route to Gtech Community Stadium is via M6 and M40 and takes around 4 hours and 13 minutes (236.8 mi).

Parking

If you choose to travel by car instead of public transport, fans can utilise matchday car parking.

Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) expanded across all London boroughs on 29 August 2023. You can view the roads inside the ULEZ zone and whether your vehicle meets the emission standards here. Vehicles that don’t meet emission standards will be charged £12.50 per day to drive inside the expanded ULEZ area and fines are charged for those that do not pay this tariff.

There will be Controlled Parking Zones in operation throughout residential streets near the stadium which means you should plan to park on nearby streets. Take the local neighbourhoods into consideration and avoid parking in residential streets.

Brentford’s car parking partner Event Support Team (EST) is operating several matchday car parks on their behalf. These must be pre-booked and are available to book on the website below.

Blue Badge

Brentford has an allocation of 5 blue badge parking spaces available to away supporters. The spaces are available to purchase on a first come first served basis which are priced at £12.00. For more information about on-site blue badge parking please contact - accessibility@brentfordfc.com

By Bus

There are several bus routes that service the stadium including the 237, 267, 65, H91 and the 391 bus routes. Fans are recommended to check for the latest information about bus routes at tfl.gov.uk.

Away Allocation

Away supporters will be in the East Stand (blocks N120, E117, E116, E115, E218, E217, E216, E215). Turnstiles will open 90 minutes prior to kick-off. Fans are advised to take their seats in plenty of time to ensure they do not miss any of the match. Turnstile entrances for away supporters are H, G and F. Away Coaches

Official away coaches need to park on Capital Interchange Way, TW8 0EX which sits adjacent to the away end turnstiles. If you need accessible coach travel or require any additional information, all contact should be directed to the Supporter Liaison Officer at supporterservices@brentfordfc.com.

Re-Entry

There is no re-entry to the stadium if you leave prior to the end of the match. Smoking or the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted anywhere across the stadium campus.

Away Pubs

Pubs around Gtech Community Stadium generally welcome both home and away fans.

Food & Drink

Away supporters have access to food and drink kiosks around the stadium, with a wide range of options on offer (including vegetarian and vegan options) as well as both alcoholic* and soft drinks. All food counters were designed at a height to fans in wheelchairs.

You can take food and drinks back to your seats, but no alcohol is allowed in the seating area.

Please note that alcohol is typically served in away areas but if we receive guidance that a fixture is high risk, we reserve the right not to serve alcohol for visiting supporters.

Cashless Stadium

Gtech Community Stadium is a cashless venue. All major contactless debit and credit cards will be accepted, with chip and pin applying for purchases over £45. Mobile and wearable payment options including Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

First Aid

There are First Aid locations clearly signposted around the stadium. In a medical emergency, fans should notify the nearest steward to mobilise one of the response teams to your location. There are also several defibrillators around the stadium to be used in the event of a cardiac arrest. First Aid rooms can also provide a quiet space in the event of a sensory overload for fans.

Burnley supporters...don’t forget to keep your eyes out for our familiar travelling safety stewards at Brentford. You’ll spot them, as always, in their red jackets with Burnley badges. They’re there to help and support YOU if you need them - or just a regular, friendly face to keep you reassured and answer any questions you may have!

Burnley Football Club wish to take the opportunity to remind all supporters travelling to the match on Saturday, the EFL, the Football Association and Kick It Out.

We will not tolerate any form of hate speech, offensive chanting or discriminatory behaviour, whether physical or verbal, from any supporters at home, away; while travelling to or from Club matches or events; or on social media or digital platforms. The Club will always take the necessary steps to eliminate such unacceptable behaviour; and the individual concerned will be subject to a sanction from the Club and may face arrest and subsequent prosecution.

Burnley Football Club has a zero-tolerance policy for fans entering the playing area and, as a result, any supporter who does so will be issued with a lifetime ban with immediate effect.

Leaving The Stadium

Away fans are advised not to utilise Kew Bridge station post-match and any that choose this station will have to walk from Capital Interchange Way and up Lionel Road South to join the same queuing system as the home supporters.

Accessibility Information

Upon arrival you will find designated accessible turnstiles and large passenger lift access to all wheelchair spaces.

Accessible Toilets

There are three accessible toilets located throughout the away end - one on the lower concourse and two on the upper concourse. All are situated close to the entrances of the accessible viewing platforms. Each accessible toilet is clearly signposted and fitted with a RADAR lock. Supervising stewards carry RADAR keys in case a supporter with access requirements does not have their own.

Changing Places Toilets

Brentford FC have two Changing Places toilets within the stadium, one on the second floor of the South Stand and one in the main concourse of the North Stand within the Family Area. Supporters in the away end requiring access to these Changing Places toilets should ask a steward who will escort them to the South Stand. The Changing Place toilets include a large space for both the user and carer to move freely within the room, accessible toilet, hoist, movable changing bed, privacy screen along with seating for other users. Please contact accessibility@brentfordfc.com if you require use on a matchday prior to your visit.

Audio Descriptive Commentary

Headsets and transmitters are available where required and need to be booked in advance by emailing the Club at accessibility@brentfordfc.com

Assistance Dogs

Gtech Community Stadium welcomes assistance dogs at the stadium. Inform the Club in advance at accessibility@brentfordfc.com

Special Dietary Requirements/Medication

If any supporter has any special dietary related food items or Medication that they require to bring into the stadium on a matchday, please contact the Accessibility team by emailing accessibility@brentfordfc.com at least 48 hours prior to the game. They will provide you an exemption letter for the fixture.
