Information for supporters travelling to the Emirates

Burnley travel to Arsenal in their final away game of the 2025/26 Premier League season on Monday.

For any ticketing issues or information, please contact the Burnley FC Ticket Office on 01282 446800, select option 1 or email ticketoffice@burnleyfc.com.

All ticketing for away supporters must be purchased through Burnley FC.

Any duplicate ticket requests must be sent to Arsenal Football Club by the Burnley FC Ticket Office. If you misplace your ticket, you must contact the Ticket Office who will authorise Arsenal Football Club to assist.

Duplicate tickets will not be issued without authorisation from a representative of the Club.

Any supporter attempting to use a matchday ticket that has been cancelled and /or had already been used by another supporter will not be allowed to enter the stadium.

For any ticketing enquiries on matchday the Box Office is situated next to the Armoury Store on the West side of the Stadium.

By Car

Supporters are advised not to drive to Emirates Stadium, where possible. The ground is situated in a mainly residential area with an extensive Event Day Parking Scheme in operation. Any cars parked illegally will be towed away. For full details on matchday parking restrictions, click here.

Leave the M1 at Junction 2 and go onto the A1, following the signs for City (Central London). Keep going on the A1 for around six miles, until you see Holloway Road Tube Station on your right. Take the next left at the traffic lights into Hornsey Road and the stadium is about a 1/4 of a mile further down this road.

Accessible Parking

Arsenal has six accessible parking spaces available for away supporters on a match-by-match basis. Parking can be booked via your own club's Disability Liaison Officer, who will share your details with Arsenal ahead of the fixture.

Please note that you will not be able to exit the car park for up to an hour after the end of the game due to matchday road closures.

Traffic Information

There are changes to the traffic plans on days when matches are played. This is so the Metropolitan Police Service can safely manage travel to and from the stadium and reduce inconvenience, as far as possible, to people living nearby - here is more information including details of the CPZ operation, times and permit applications.

By Train

King’s Cross is the main connecting station for national rail and many underground lines. The following stations are within a 15-minute walk of Emirates Stadium:

• Arsenal (Piccadilly Line)

• Finsbury Park (Victoria Line, Piccadilly Line, Great Northern Rail)

• Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line, North London Line, Great Northern Rail)

Please note that Holloway Road station will be exit-only before and after Arsenal first-team matches, with pre-match eastbound trains not stopping. Drayton Park is closed on matchdays. To plan your journey, click here.

Coach Parking

Queensland Road and Hornsey Road are the coach parking sites for Emirates Stadium. Supporters will only have to walk a few minutes to reach the stadium.

Please note that minibuses are not permitted to park at the designated coach parking site.

To ensure the operation of Emirates Stadium runs as smoothly as possible for spectators, local residents and businesses, Arsenal Football Club has introduced a booking procedure for supporter coach travel. If you do not follow the simple three step procedure (as below) your coach will not be able to park at Emirates Stadium.

Step One: Your Club / Coach Company must register with Arsenal Football Club if they intend to travel to Emirates Stadium by coach. This simple registration form asks for coach and travel information (e.g., departure time, number of passengers, on-coach contact, vehicle registration etc.).

Step Two: Once the registration form has been received, Arsenal Football Club will email each club a coach identification permit along with directions on how to get to Emirates Stadium and which area they will be parked in.

Step Three: Coaches must arrive between four and two hours before the start of a match. Coaches must also display their identification permit clearly in the front windscreen of the vehicle.

All access routes to the Queensland Road coach parking site will be closed by the Metropolitan Police Service 2 hours before the start of a match. Coaches arriving after this will not be permitted into the area and will not be allocated a parking space.

For non-matchday parking, please be aware that local parking restrictions apply and there are no coach parking facilities.

By Taxi

All London Style ’Black Cabs’ are wheelchair accessible and can provide a suitable alternative to the bus or car.

Black cabs can be hailed (stopped) in the street however you may prefer to book a cab to travel to or from Emirates Stadium. There are a number of cab companies operating in London including:

Uber Taxis also provide Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAV). To book Download the Uber app and create your account (unless you already have one) then choose the ‘uberWAV’ option on the slider at the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions.

Suggested drop off/pick up points outside Emirates Stadium are either outside The Armoury Store (on Hornsey Road) which is within 50m of the Media Entrance, which disabled supporters can use on request, giving level access into the stadium. Or on Drayton Park by the Danny Fiszman Bridge, which gives step-free access to the south-east side of the stadium. Please note that due to the matchday road closure area you may have to wait for up to an hour after a game for a taxi to come and pick you up from close to the stadium.

The away turnstiles at Emirates Stadium are located in the South-east corner of the ground via Entrances K and L. Supporters travelling by coach and parking on Queensland Road should walk to the end of the road, turn right and continue for approximately 50 yards, where a ramp on the right-hand side leads up to the stadium podium level. Once on the podium, continue with the stadium on your left for approximately 150 yards and the away entrances will be on your left-hand side.

Supporters arriving via Highbury & Islington Station on the Victoria Line should turn left out of the station and walk along Holloway Road for around 10 minutes before turning right into Hornsey Road. Continue straight ahead towards the stadium, then take the stairs to the right of The Armoury store up to podium level. Keeping the stadium on your left, Entrances K and L can be reached after approximately 250 yards.

If travelling via Arsenal Underground Station on the Piccadilly Line, turn right upon leaving the station and follow the road as it bends left into Drayton Park. Ignore the first set of steps on the right-hand side and continue for approximately five minutes until you reach the Danny Fiszman Bridge on your right. Crossing the bridge will lead directly to the away entrances.

Disabled access is located to the right-hand side of Entrance K, where stewards will be available to assist supporters. The turnstiles are fully accessible and step-free access to podium level is available via the South Bridge and two ramps on the west side of the stadium.

Food & Drinks

Refreshments are available in the Away Supporters’ Area at Emirates Stadium from 6.30pm ahead of evening games, and two hours ahead of afternoon matches.

The usual range of drinks and food will be available on the day.

There are no cash machines inside Emirates Stadium so if you wish to purchase refreshments you are advised to bring cash. Queues to pay by card are sometimes significantly longer.

ATM machines can be found by the Tesco on Drayton Park and next to The Arsenal Highbury House store on Drayton Park.

There are no official away pubs in the Islington area and the Metropolitan Police advise supporters to drink in the Kings Cross part of the city and then travel to the match via public transport.

The local pubs to the stadium run a Home Supporters only policy and will ask for season tickets on entry.

Smoking

Emirates Stadium is a no smoking stadium. This includes e-cigarettes. Anyone found smoking will be ejected from the ground. For anyone considering leaving the stadium, note that no re-admission to the ground is permitted.

Matchday Programme

The matchday programme will be 92 pages and are priced at £4 each. They are available from the many sellers around the ground.

Programmes are not for sale inside the ground. Cash payments will be accepted for programmes.

Burnley supporters...don’t forget to keep your eyes out for our familiar travelling safety stewards at Arsenal. The stewards on Monday will be Marcus, Matthew, Qasim and Kamran. You’ll spot them, as always, in their red jackets with Burnley badges. They’re there to help and support YOU if you need them - or just a regular, friendly face to keep you reassured and answer any questions you may have!

Supporter Information from Burnley Football Club

Burnley FC is One Club for All and we pride ourselves on being open, diverse and welcoming to everyone. Discrimination has no place in football, and we have a zero-tolerance approach to any supporter found breaching our Supporter Code of Conduct.

We will not tolerate any form of hate speech, offensive chanting or discriminatory behaviour, whether physical or verbal, from any supporters at home, away; while travelling to or from Club matches or events; or on social media or digital platforms. The Club will always take the necessary steps to eliminate such unacceptable behaviour; and the individual concerned will be subject to a sanction from the Club and may face arrest and subsequent prosecution.

Burnley Football Club has a zero-tolerance policy for fans entering the playing area and, as a result, any supporter who does so will be issued with a lifetime ban with immediate effect.

It is also against ground regulations to throw any items/missiles on the pitch - any supporter that throws anything, putting the safety of players and individuals at risk, will receive a severe banning order from the club. This behaviour will not be tolerated.

We urge all travelling supporters to ensure they represent our football club in a positive manner.

Security

For security purposes, supporters will be searched when entering Emirates Stadium. These thorough searches will be carried out by Arsenal Football Club security, and search dogs may be present at the turnstiles. Supporters are advised not to bring a bag and only essential items. Maximum bag size is A4. All bags are searched and tagged prior to entry. The current guideline is that turnstiles will open for the away section two hours before kick-off.

Supporters are recommended to arrive at least one hour before kick-off.

Luggage Storage Facilities

There are no ‘left luggage’ facilities at Emirates Stadium.

Luggage storage facilities are available at London King's Cross station.

Young Fans’ Wristbands

Upon request, stewards will provide parents with young children with a security wristband. This enables parents to write down their contact details and in the event that the child gets lost, we can help to locate their parents with ease.

Lost Property

If you have lost something during your visit to Emirates Stadium, please contact your nearest steward. The stewards will ask for details of the lost item and will verify whether something of that description has been handed in.

If you have lost something after the game, please email stadium@arsenal.co.uk providing details of the item lost, where you were sitting and daytime contact details. If the item is found or handed in, Arsenal will contact you to make arrangements to return it.

Anti-Social Text Service - See Something Say Something

Discriminatory chanting and anti-social behaviour is offensive to all fans and not tolerated at Emirates Stadium. If you witness any form of offensive behaviour, you can report it to a steward or use Arsenal's ‘See Something, Say Something’ service by texting “Foul” to 67777 together with a description of the incident. Thank you for your support.

No Readmittance

Emirates Stadium operate a strict no readmission policy and there will not be an opportunity to leave and re-enter the stadium.

Accessible Toilets

There are two accessible toilets located inside the away end of the stadium. All are fitted with RADAR locks and all supervising stewards hold RADAR keys in case a supporter with an access requirement is not in possession of a key.

All the accessible toilets are unisex and the toilet doors all open outwards. The dimensions of the accessible toilet are 180cm x 235cm (5ft 11in x 7ft 9in). Either a left or right transfer space is available in every accessible toilet along with colour contrasted grab rails.

The lateral transfer space is 110cm (3ft 7in). The wash hand basins all have lever type mixer taps. The accessible toilets are also fitted with appropriate height mirrors, hand dryers and coat hooks and pull cord emergency alarms.

You will also find privacy curtains within the accessible toilets.

Changing Places Facilities

The Changing Places Facility is located in Block 48 on Club Level. It is available to any supporter with access requirements in the stadium on a matchday or a non-matchday and it is fitted with a RADAR lock.

If you would like to use this facility on a matchday, please contact your club’s Disability Liaison or Access Officer, prior to attending the stadium.

The facility is 205cm x 410cm (6ft 9in x 13ft 5in) and includes a height adjustable changing bench (length 179cm - 5ft 10in), with shower attachment and a powered overhead hoist, which covers all areas.

The transfer space on the left as you face the toilet is 60cm (1ft 11.5in) and on the right is 96cm (3ft 2in). Colour contrasted wall mounted and drop-down grab rails are fitted around the toilet.

The facility also includes a sink, a privacy screen, nonslip flooring and a pull cord emergency alarm.

Please note that slings are not provided by Arsenal.

If you do not inform your club before attending, please speak to a steward when you are at Emirates Stadium.

Viewing Areas

There are three accessible viewing areas located at the back of Lower Tier for wheelchair users, in blocks 20, 21, and 22. The areas are all accessed via ramps (stewards are on hand to assist, if required).

Seating

Seating for Easy Access and Ambulant Disabled supporters is generally located in the rows immediately in front of the Lower Tier wheelchair accessible viewing areas, as this means that supporters have level access from the concourse and one or two steps down to their seats.

Audio Descriptive Commentary

Alan March Sport provide Audio Descriptive Commentary for blind and partially sighted supporters. If you require this, please notify your club's Disability Liaison Officer with your seat details, and one of the team will deliver your receiver to your seat around 30 minutes before kick-off.

Audio Matchday Programme

Arsenal provide blind and partially sighted supporters with an audio version of all home matchday programmes in the form of a podcast, which supporters can download here a few hours before kick-off.

British Sign Language

For all matches at Emirates Stadium, the pitchside show will have full BSL integration. All club content within the stadium will also have an embedded BSL interpreter.

Disability Supporters Lounge

The Disabled Supporters Lounge is open for home and visiting supporters with access requirements, with their Personal Assistants, before every home game at Emirates Stadium.

The Lounge opens 2 hours before kick-off and closes 30 minutes before the game starts.

The Lounge is equipped with a large screen TV and there is also free tea and coffee available (although Arsenal do ask disabled supporters to consider making a small donation to The Arsenal Foundation for the refreshments). An accessible toilet facility is also available.

The Disabled Supporters Lounge is located just inside the Museum Entrance, which is outside the stadium, opposite turnstile Block E. Once you are inside The Arsenal Museum entrance, the Disabled Supporters Lounge is on your right.

For supporters with access requirements in the car park, the lounge can be reached through the door marked Disabled Supporters Lounge located at the rear of Orange Car Park 4, then via a lift to the museum entrance, the Lounge will then be on your left.
