Burnley Women’s home Northern Premier Division of the Women’s National League match against Rugby Borough has been postponed.
The fixture was due to be played on Sunday 27th October (2pm kick-off) at the County Ground in Leyland.
However, with Brenna McPartlan and Reanna Blades being called up by Northern Ireland and Jamaica respectively, the Club’s request to postpone has been granted by the league.
The new date will be communicated with supporters as soon as possible.
Rebecca Sawiuk’s side are next in action on Sunday 3rd November, when Spennymoor Town Ladies visit Leyland in the first round of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup.
Burnley season ticket holders can claim free entry by presenting their season card at the door, while other adults are priced at £5 and concessions are £2.
The team’s full fixture list can be found here.
