Due to planned strike action by the Communication Workers Union, the Club would like to advise supporters that deliveries from both retail & ticketing could be delayed over the coming weeks.
With disputes continuing between Royal Mail and the CWU, members of the Union who collect, sort & deliver parcels are set to strike on:
Thursday 13 October
Thursday 20 October
Tuesday 25 October
Royal Mail’s services will still run on those days, but they will prioritise the delivery of COVID test kits and medical prescriptions.
Letters will not be delivered on those days, while parcels are also likely to be affected.
A full list of strike action impacting different parts of Royal Mail’s operation between November 2 & December 2 has also been published as follows:
Network & National Distribution: 2, 8, 14, 23 & 30 November
Parcel & Letter Processing: 3, 9, 15, 24 November & 1 December
Parcel & Letter Deliveries: 4, 10, 16, 25 November & 2 December
Please note that any delays in your deliveries will not be caused by the receipt of any items by Royal Mail from the Club.
We strongly advise that you place your orders for both tickets & retail as far in advance of the date at which your items will be required.
