Burnley Football Club and Miller Lite have announced a strategic partnership making the Original Lite Beer an official Club partner for the Club’s first trip to America since 2009. The partnership will see Miller Lite become the Clarets’ Official Back of Shirt Partner at The Soccer Tournament (TST) in Cary, North Carolina.
In an exciting move, Miller Lite becomes the first company to partner with Burnley FC exclusively at The Soccer Tournament. The partnership will help fans in the United States experience Claret and Blue like never before with the creation of a dedicated space for American Clarets to celebrate Burnley’s rich footballing heritage and ambitious future responsibly.
The Clarets recently announced that Club co-owner, and Miller Lite ambassador, JJ Watt would lead a men’s seven-a-side team at TST while Club co-owner Kealia Watt will lead a women’s seven-a-side team. Both the men’s and women’s squads will compete for a one-million-dollar cash prize in a pool of forty-eight squads and eight squads respectively.
