Our U18s welcomed Wrexham to Lancashire on Saturday afternoon, stepping up their U18 Premier League preparations with the new season now just two weeks away.
Manager Tony Philliskirk fielded a side largely made up of first-year scholars, with older players Connor Edwards, Anwar Murtesa and Fabio So completing the line-up.
Although the match finished goalless, there was plenty of action as the visitors missed a penalty and the woodwork was struck several times.
