FIXTURE CHANGES FOR U21s
Kick-off times moved and new date for clashes with Tykes & Swans
2022-10-06T11:00:00.000Z
There have been tweaks to the U21s fixture schedule, with both dates and kick-off times altered.
Two fixtures have been given new dates, against Barnsley & Swansea City respectively.
Postponed last month due to Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral, the Clarets will now host the Tykes in Professional Development League action at the County Ground in Leyland on Friday, November 11 with a 13:00 kick-off.
Meanwhile, Swansea visit the Lancashire FA’s headquarters in the group stages of the Premier League Cup. That game had initially been scheduled for Monday, December 19 though has now been pushed back by 24 hours due to fixture scheduling issues.
Thus, the Swans will now visit on Tuesday, December 20. A kick-off of 14:00 remains unchanged.
Elsewhere in the U21s fixture list, five of their home league fixtures have had the kick-off time changed from 19:00 to 14:00 respectively. All of the affected games are on Mondays, and are listed below as follows:
October 10 – Birmingham City
