Burnley Football Club’s retained list has been submitted, confirming the departure of several senior and academy players.
As previously announced Jack Cork and Johann Berg Gudmundsson are set to leave the club when their contracts expire this summer.
Contract offers have been made to Jay Rodriguez and Charlie Taylor.
Options to extend the contracts of Josh Brownhill and Bailey Peacock Farrell have been activated. While the loans of Mike Tresor and Maxime Esteve have been made permanent.
The club is in conversations with the parent clubs and the representatives of Lorenz Assignon and Jacob Bruun Larsen to activate permanent moves. David Datro Fofana returns to his parent club.
Connor Roberts, CJ Egan Riley, Anass Zaroury, Samuel Bastien, Darko Churlinov, Michael Obafemi, Owen Dodgson, Luke McNally, Scott Twine, Wout Weghorst, Michael Mellon and Dara Costelloe all return to the club after loan spells away.
The following players will leave the women’s team when their contracts expire in the summer: Millie Ravening, Dominique Cooper, Lachante Paul, Paris Dalton, Maria Francis-Jones, Hollie Kelsh-Ridge and Lara Miller.
Gracie Prior and Monique Robinson will both return to their parent clubs after joining us on loan. Alethea Paul has left the club to relocate.
The following players will leave the academy: (U21s) Ackeme Francis-Burrell, Kian Le Fondre, Marcel Lewis, Michael O’Neill, Michael Parker, Renaldo Torraj, Jack Turner and Harry Moss. (U18s) Sonny Pickup, Dylan Sime, Ollie Sweeney, Lucas Wane, Callum West, Jack Rogers, Rohan Vaughan and Jack Bates.
Options have been exercised on Alex Healy-Byrne, Will Hugill (U21) and Ryan Tioffo (U18)
