Fan Experience Manager, Harriet Harbidge, said: “Sustainability and how football clubs in particular can show more awareness of their environmental impact is another important area for us at the Club, so we were pleased to cover this in the latest Clarets View survey.
“The responses we received were really interesting, certainly as many respondents mentioned the Club’s influence and responsibility around climate change. We received feedback that the Club’s efforts in this area would also encourage some fans to consider their own choices, which has not only offered us an insight into but is something we can now be mindful of when making decisions in this area.
“Again, I’m grateful to the Clarets View supporters for their feedback from the sustainability survey and the survey’s sent throughout the initiative.”
