A double-header of match action kicks off the week on Tuesday with both the U21s and first-team in cup action.
Hosting Blackpool at the Burnley Training Centre, it’s the U21s who are first up in the Quarter-Final of the Lancashire Men’s Senior Cup with a 1pm kick-off.
A competition in which they reached the final last season, we’ll have coverage of the visit of the Tangerines on Twitter via @ClaretsAcademy. We’ll also be publishing a report from the game right here on the Burnley FC website. Come Tuesday evening, attention will turn to Turf Moor as Vincent Kompany’s side take on Ipswich in an FA Cup fourth round replay.

There’s another birthday the following day with young goalkeeper Lewis Thomas turning 21!
Thomas has been a Claret since July 2019, and has been a prominent figure amongst the U21 squad this term.

It’s another double-header of games on Saturday, with the U18s and the first-team both in league action at home.
Tony Philliskirk’s youth team first host Peterborough at the Burnley Training Centre with an 11am kick-off, a game which you can follow along with again via @ClaretsAcademy. You’ll also be able to read the report post-match on burnleyfc.com Then, it’s eyes back to Turf Moor with Kompany’s men taking on Preston in a Lancashire derby, getting underway at 3pm.

Burnley FC Women v Loughborough Lightning Women | Northern Premier Division of the FA Women’s National League | 2pm (GMT)
For the second Sunday running, the Claret Women round off the week when they take on Loughborough.
Beating the same opponents 2-1 yesterday in dramatic fashion, Jonathan Morgan’s side play hosts this time around at the County Ground in Leyland.
