Murray Campbell has been called up by new Scotland U19s Head Coach Neil MacFarlane for a training camp and three friendly fixtures in Pinataar, Spain next month.
The centre-back will be looking to add to his three caps at this level, having previously represented their U17s on seven occasions.
Since joining Burnley in September 2023 Campbell, who turned 18 last month, has been a regular with Andy Farrell’s U21s.
The young Scots are spending just over a week on the continent and their first friendly is against Azerbaijan on Wednesday 4th September.
Faroe Islands are their opponents two days later before a third and final fixture against the Netherlands on Monday 9th September.
McFarlane took charge of Scotland U19s yesterday and will carry out the role alongside his duties as Head Coach of Brentford B.
