Trésor arrived at Turf Moor from Genk on a season-long loan deal on the final day of the 2023 summer transfer window. Born in Antwerp, the midfielder began his youth career with Anderlecht before moving to the Netherlands at 19-years-old to join Eredivisie second division side NEC. After two successful seasons with NEC scoring seven goals in 29 games, the forward was rewarded with a move to top-tier side Willem II. Trésor scored 14 times in 60 appearances in the Dutch top-flight with Willem II, before his transfer to Genk in the Belgian Pro League in the summer of 2021. Featuring just under 100 times for Genk over two campaigns and enjoying a fine spell last season with eight goals, Trésor also played against the Clarets in the summer pre-season friendly in Belgium. The 26-year-old represented Belgium U17-U21 before receiving his first senior call-up to the Red Devils' squad in 2023. Trésor made his senior debut in a 1-1 draw with Austria before playing in the 3-0 win over Estonia three days later. Trésor made one appearance during the 2024/25 season, playing in the third round FA Cup game against Reading, where he registered an assist.
