When you sign up as a member, you will have the opportunity to enter into the ballot. The current dates scheduled for the open training sessions and player meet & greets will be confirmed to ballot entry winners.

The Club will notify you if you are successfully selected to attend one of these events.

Each month there will be a prize draw where a member will be randomly selected. The winner will be selected each month and the prize will be shipped within 5 business days after they have been notified.

BFC Extra, Premium, Junior & Season Ticket Plus Members receive a 10% discount code (to use in-store or online).

When you purchase your membership, you will be given the option to use your discount code either in-store or online.

If you select the 'online' option, you will receive a code within your welcome email.

E.g. BFC Extra (Clarets Number) which you then input into the discount code section at checkout on shop.burnleyfc.com. The code is 10% off RRP. The code will not work on top of current discounts.

If you select the 'in-store' option, you will be sent a gift voucher in your Welcome Pack which you can present at the Clarets Store. Staff will then process your discount.

BFC Extra, Premium & junior Members will receive 20% discount voucher to purchase a Jimmy McIlroy Suite hospitality package (applies to packages of up to 6 people for one match). Season Ticket Plus members can upgrade their seats for one match day in the 2026/27 season subject to availability.

When you sign up as a member, your Stadium Tour discounts will be allocated to your Ticketmaster account. When you select the tour, you would like to attend and reach the checkout, the allocated discount for your specific membership will be applied.

BFC Extra, Premium & Season Ticket Plus Members receive a one-time 30% discount, and Junior Members receive a one-time complimentary ticket.

Yes, the person you're buying a membership for will need to have a Clarets account with a valid clarets number. You will then need to add them to your 'network' using the instructions in the link below.

Please note you can only assign a junior membership to under 18s
