Burnley FC Women return to the County Ground on Sunday to face Loughborough Lightning in the Northern Premier Division of the FA Women's National League.
The Clarets have enjoyed an unbeaten start to the 2025/26 league season, beating Middlesbrough Women 5-0 on the opening day before playing out a goalless draw against Wolves Women at the SEAH Stadium last weekend.
Claudia Walker, Mel Lawley, Millie Ravening and Althea Paul were all on the scoresheet at the County Ground on the opening day and will be hoping to increase their tallies on Sunday.
Opponents Loughborough meanwhile arrive in Lancashire with a draw and a win under their belt from the opening two league fixtures.
The Baggies took the lead through Fran Orthdoxou at the Holywell Sports Complex, but Ella-Mai Coutts struck back for the hosts which saw both teams take a point.
Loughborough followed this up with a 2-1 win at Derby County Women last weekend. Jess Collyer and an 86th-minute strike from Lucy Cooper sealed three points for the team on the afternoon.
Tickets for this match at the County Ground, Leyland (PR25 2LF) can be purchased on the day, although Burnley season ticket holders can get in for free by showing their season ticket at the turnstiles.
Other adults are priced at £5, while concessions are £2.
