Burnley Women welcome their Huddersfield Town counterparts to the Anchor Ground on Sunday with the aim of extending their unbeaten run to six matches.
The Clarets have played themselves into a fine patch of form, winning their last three matches and taking 13 points from the last 15 on offer.
There have been plenty of goals along the way too, culminating in Wednesday night’s 9-0 victory over AFC Fylde at Leyland’s County Ground.
Six players found the back of the net against the Coasters, with Laura Elford netting a hat-trick and fellow striker Aimee Kelly scoring a brace.
Rebecca Sawiuk’s team now find themselves 2nd in the Northern Premier Division of the Women’s National League table, ahead of Nottingham Forest by a point.
Huddersfield Town are competing at the opposite end of the table having taken eight points from their 17 matches to date.

The Terriers currently occupy one of the two relegation places and are seven points adrift of Stourbridge and safety, but do have a game in hand on the Midlanders.
Glen Preston’s side are winless in their last six league outings and come into this one on the back of a 2-0 reverse at the hands of Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Burnley have beaten the Yorkshire Club twice already this season, recording a 5-1 victory at their Stafflex Arena in the league.
Mille Ravening netted twice in September while Amaya, Maria Francis-Jones and Rhema Lord-Mears also found the back of the net.
Then came an FA Cup first round triumph in November, with former Terrier Elford scoring the opener and Amaya finding a winner with less than 10 minutes to play.
Kick-off at the Anchor Ground in Darwen (BB3 0BB) is 2pm on Sunday 7th April and entry is free for everybody.
