The Claret women's league fixtures for the upcoming 2022/23 season

Burnley FC Women will begin their 2022/23 campaign away to Derby County Women on Sunday 21st August, as they undertake a new season in the Northern Premier Division of the FA Women’s National League.

The rams, who finished last season second in the table to Wolves, will be followed by a home game at Lancashire FA’s County Ground, against Stoke City Women the following weekend.

Burnley’s first midweek trip comes at the end of August, with Jonathan Morgan’s side making a visit to the coast to face AFC Fylde Women.

September will see two home fixtures and an away trip to newly promoted Boldmere St Michaels, based in Sutton Coldfield on the agenda.

October will commence with a clash against last season’s table toppers Wolves, before a home visit from Nottingham Forest Women and a midweek trip to Yorkshire to face Brighouse Town.

Following a visit to another newly promoted side Liverpool Feds, in early November, County Cup and League Cup fixtures are scheduled to take place throughout the month as the women’s fixtures will continue throughout the World Cup competition in November.

Burnley kick start the new year hosting Derby County Women in the reverse fixture and come face-to-face with Wolves again in mid-March.

The campaign draws to a close with consecutive away visits to Nottingham Forest and West Bromwich Albion Women, before the Clarets finish the season at home to Liverpool Feds on Sunday 30th April.
