Burnley FC Women will host Wolverhampton Wanderers this coming Sunday - 23rd April - at the Anchor Ground in Darwen (BB3 0BB) with a 2pm KO.
With this game - their penultimate one this season - re-arranged, the Claret Women’s usual home venue of the County Ground in Leyland is unavailable.
Accordingly, the FA Women’s National League North fixture against Wolves has had to be moved to the alternate venue of AFC Darwen’s home ground.
Jay Bradford’s side are currently 2nd in the table, two points beneath Nottingham Forest at the top with a game in hand, while Wolves have a point fewer than the Clarets in 3rd.
