Roadwork disruption
Work outside the stadium on Harry Potts Way is now complete. Even though Yorkshire Street has reopened, it remains very busy and congested in this area. We encourage all supporters to arrive early. Harry Potts Way will close to traffic at 1pm.
We advise supporters travelling to the fixture to avoid this area of the town and to instead travel to Turf Moor by exiting the M65 at junction 9. When leaving the town post-match, the same route is advised.
Further stadium information
Entry to turnstiles for supporters will open at 1:30pm for both home and visiting supporters. Please bring photo ID with you as this may be checked as part of our standard ticketing policy.
We have introduced new search measures around the club on matchdays therefore it may take longer to enter the stadium. Supporters are encouraged to arrive in good time ahead of kick-off.
Sniffer dogs Teddy and Reggie will also be in attendance carrying out routine searches upon entry to the stadium.
We will be serving food and beverages on all concourses and will only be accepting cashless methods of payment.
Alcohol-free lager and cider will also be served in all concourses and hospitality areas.
Our matchday magazine, Turf, will be available in print! Grab your copy from the Clarets Store or our programme sellers around the stadium. Alternatively, this can be purchased online for delivery here.
The stadium's multi faith room has a new location this season. The room has moved to the first floor of the ETC (above the Rapidz Fan Zone).
As part of new regulations, referees will add the exact time lost in goal celebrations, substitutions or injuries to the stoppage time. The time on the big screen will now show added time at the end of each half.
Our security team will be conducting bag checks as per our ground regulations. Please arrive early to allow extra time for the additional process.
Luggage drop off point:
  • Luggage at Turf Moor can be stored in a secure area inside the Rapidz Fan Zone near to the Lottery Office.
  • Stewards will need to search every bag that is dropped, tag it and issue a receipt number. Please keep hold of your tag to collect your luggage.
  • Stewards will be available at the end of the game to return luggage to supporters.
  • Burnley FC accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to property stored within this area.

All supporters at Turf Moor are encouraged to read the below carefully:
The safety of all match participants is of paramount importance and we recognise that reckless actions, witnessed at recent fixtures are carried out by a small minority of fans and the majority of supporters attend and watch matches in a safe and respectful way.
As a football club we expect supporters to adhere to the ground regulations in place at Turf Moor, enjoy the game from their seat and DO NOT enter the playing area at any time. It is a criminal offence to enter the pitch and doing so, may result in a criminal record and stadium bans. It also creates a significant safety issue not only for themselves, but for fellow supporters, club players, staff and match officials.
It is also against ground regulations to throw any items/missiles on the pitch - any supporter that throws anything, putting the safety of players and individuals at risk, will receive a severe banning order from the club. This behaviour will not be tolerated.
Football unites to improve participant and fan behaviour for the 2023/24 season. Read the 'Love Football. Protect the Game' measures here.
One Club for All
As a club we do not tolerate hate speech or discrimination in any form; it is a criminal offence and will be dealt with severely.
We urge supporters who experience or witness any discriminatory language or behaviour to report it urgently.
Please text CLARETS RESPECT and your message to 66777, all texts will remain anonymous, you can also approach your nearest steward or make a report via the Kick it Out dedicated app.
Offensive chanting
We are aware of incidents of offensive chanting at football matches this season, chanting which can have a negative affect on supporters.
Those found to be responsible for offensive chanting will be ejected from the stadium and maybe arrested. There is no place for this behaviour in our game.
We thank you for your support.
General Admission Areas
Home match tickets are for the use of supporters of the club only.
If you are found to be a fan of a visiting club you may have your ticket cancelled and will not be reimbursed of any costs associated with your purchase.
Safety stewards and the police are there to help you and protect you. If you see something - report it, don't challenge it yourself.
All fans must not chant anything abusive or offensive.
This includes, but is not limited to, tragedy chanting which Burnley FC have a zero tolerance policy towards and is an arrestable offence.
Information regarding our hospitality areas...
Hospitality areas can be mixed with home and away fans.
Away fans are reminded they are visitors to Turf Moor, must be respectful of this at all times and act discreetly in support of their team.
Any guests negatively affecting the experience of others - will be asked to leave the stadium.
Our stewards have been informed to take a zero tolerance approach to away chants in the home end and will be strict.
Fans ejected may receive a stadium ban and the visiting team's club will be notified.
Fans openly wearing the colours, or displaying any items of merchandise, connected to the away team may result in refusal of admission or ejection from the stadium.
All fans must be respectful of this and follow the code of conduct at all times.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation...enjoy the game!
This season the club announced new initiatives to help improve matchday experience and entertainment value, including the introduction of measures allowing flags and banners where appropriate, inside the stadium.
The club shop has a 50% discount on Burnley FC approved designs, with the flags priced at £7.50.
Please note, that due to safety reasons the only flags that can be brought into the stadium are those that were given away by the club at the West Ham fixture earlier in the season or those purchased from the official club shop.
The Rapidz Fan Zone is open both before and after the game with food, music and an indoor and outdoor screen.
