The Clarets are in Scotland for part of their pre-season preparations and we'll keep you posted on their progress in our daily diary.
8:30am – The players and staff met for breakfast ahead of another busy day, in the fourth day of the Scotland trip.
10:30am – Training was next up for the group, on the warmest day in Stirling yet, with temperatures reaching around 23 degrees in the morning session, with the players being mentally tested with some 1000m sprints, it was tiring just watching them!
12:30pm – A lunch break back at the hotel, to refuel and re-hydrate, ahead of an afternoon in the gym.
