The Clarets are in Scotland for part of their pre-season preparations and we'll keep you posted on their progress in our daily diary.
9:00am - Staff and players met for breakfast together ahead of a busy first full day, with two training sessions and a gym session planned.
10:30am - The Clarets' first session of the day got underway on sunny pitches at Stirling University, with the temperature around 20 degrees in the late stages of the morning.
12:30pm - Lunch was next up back at the university hotel, with some delightful chicken fajita wraps on offer, which all went down a treat!
2:30pm - The squad was then split into two groups. With COVID-19 restrictions still in place in the gym, half the group did a 45-minute workout, before the other half of the group then completed their session in the gym.
4:30pm - The side, currently being led by former Preston North-End and Blackpool defender Michael Jackson, took part in their second training session of the day.
6:30pm - Dinner was then served, with lasagna, breaded chicken and garlic bread on the menu to complete a busy second day for the lads ahead of a first friendly fixture against a Rangers XI at the champions' training ground on Wednesday afternoon.
7:30pm - A draw was then made for a knock-out table-tennis tournament in the 'social room' between staff and players. It could get very competitive over the coming days!
