Burnley U21s will be one of the 16 PL2 teams to enter this season’s National League Cup.
Now entering its second season, the 32-team competition will see Andy Farrell’s side take on Morecambe, Rochdale, Solihull Moors and Tamworth in the group stages.
Burnley have been drawn in Group A alongside the aforementioned teams, Blackburn Rovers U21s, Everton U21s and Manchester United U21s.
All fixtures will take place midweek at the National League team’s stadium, with the two best teams from all four groups progressing to the knockout stage.
The trip to Rochdale’s Crown Oil Arena will kick start the U21s’ 2025/26 season, taking place on either Tuesday 12th or Wednesday 13th August.
Full details of that fixture, and the games against Morecambe, Solihull Moors, and Tamworth, will be confirmed in due course.
