Turf Moor To Close During Tier 4

Supporter facing departments to shut due to ongoing Coronavirus Tier guidance

2020-12-30T14:00:00.000Z

Clarets set to host Wolves on Friday evening in PL2 at Turf Moor

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus COVID-19 threat and the announcement that Lancashire will be placed in Tier 4 restrictions from 00:01am on Thursday 31st December, we will be closing.

The majority of staff will revert back to working from home, with the main reception, catering facilities and ticket office closed for face-to-face interactions. The Turf Moor Clarets Store will now also shut its doors while Tier 4 restrictions are in place.

Please note: the Clarets Store will continue to operate online at shop.burnleyfc.com. Return of items cannot be done ‘in person’ during this time. Returns can either be posted back to the Clarets Store at Turf Moor, Harry Potts Way, Burnley, BB10 4BX, or supporters can wait until the store re-opens again, as we are extending our returns policy for the foreseeable future.

Club staff from all departments will still be contactable, primarily via email, and contact details can be found here.

The safety and well-being of supporters, players, and staff at the club remains our highest priority and further updates will be available through official club channels as soon as we receive them.

The club encourages supporters to keep up to date with the current Government, NHS advice and guidelines, [which can be found here] (www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/).
