Burnley continue their pre-season schedule with a friendly against Ajax on Sunday.
Supporters travelling to the game can find important information regarding collecting their ticket below.
Ticket Collection
Every ticket holder must collect their own ticket in person.
To collect your ticket, you will need:
  • Your Ticket Collection QR code (this will be emailed to each individual supporter).
  • Valid photo ID matching the name on the ticket (passport or UK driving licence).
Tickets can be collected from the Ticket Collection Point at Entrance K.
Collection Times
  • 12:00pm until kick-off
Please allow plenty of time to collect your ticket before entering the stadium, as queues may develop closer to kick-off.

Arrival Process
  1. Approach the stadium from the north via Strandvliet Metro Station.
  2. Proceed to the visual ticket check (away supporters only).
  3. Collect your ticket from the Ticket Collection Point.
  4. Enter the stadium through the turnstiles.

Travel & parking
  • Supporters travelling by car can park at P+R Duivendrecht.
  • Please note that parking is not free of charge. Parking tickets can be purchased on arrival.
  • The nearest Metro stations are Duivendrecht and Strandvliet.
  • If travelling into Amsterdam city centre, take Metro 54 from either station.
  • The entrance to the away supporters' section is located next to Strandvliet Metro Station.
In Amsterdam
  • There are a wide variety of bars, cafés and other venues in and around the city centre, including the Red Light District. Supporters are reminded to drink responsibly and respect local laws and customs.
  • From Amsterdam Centraal or Nieuwmarkt stations, the Metro journey to Strandvliet Station (next to the stadium) takes approximately 20 minutes.
  • Ticket Collection opens at 12:00pm.
  • Stadium gates open 90 minutes before kick-off (12:30pm). Please arrive in plenty of time to collect your ticket and pass through security before the match.

Entering the Stadium
  • Only small bags are permitted. Limited bag storage is available near the Ticket Collection Point.
  • Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the stadium.
  • The possession or use of pyrotechnics (including flares and smoke bombs), either on the streets or inside the stadium, is a criminal offence and may result in arrest and further sanctions.
  • For safety reasons, flags and banners larger than 1m² must be fire-retardant. A valid fire safety certificate from a competent authority must be produced on request. Any large displays, mosaics or overhead banners must be approved by the club in advance.
  • Drums are permitted, provided they are transparent on one side.
  • A maximum of one megaphone is permitted.
  • Flagpoles must be flexible and no longer than 1.5 metres.
  • Supporters should familiarise themselves with the stadium Ground Regulations before attending the match.
Inside the Stadium
  • Toilets and refreshment facilities are available within the away supporters' section.
  • Following the final whistle, supporters may be subject to a short holdback before leaving the stadium if advised by the police for safety reasons. If required, this will be kept as brief as possible.
  • Stadium staff and stewards will be on hand to assist throughout your visit. Please follow their instructions at all times to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
