Joe Worrall returned to the Clarets starting XI last weekend, playing a key role at the heart of the Burnley defence, as Scott Parker's side claimed a creditable point on the south coast.
Next up for Burnley and Worrall is a home clash against David Moyes' Everton side on Saturday and the Clarets defender spoke to the media ahead of the festive fixture in BB10.
POINT MADE
"Last weekend was a relief. It was a really good point for us.
"When you're going through a spell like we've been going through, being in games but not getting results, it can be tough.
"The gaffer made a few changes both in terms of personnel and approach, and we came away with a point which was very pleasing."

"The gaffer put his faith in me, and running out in the Premier League meant a lot.
"I've been a bit-part player for 18 months, but now I've got the shirt, I want to keep it.
