Sheffield United are the Clarets opponents on Boxing Day.

Please note that all duplicate ticket requests will need to be emailed from the visiting Club and only government recognised ID will be accepted.

Visiting supporters may be asked to show photo ID on matchday, this is to ensure that any ticket collections or duplicates are for use of the named ticket holder.

By Car

From the North / South / East

Exit the M1 at junction 33 following signs to Sheffield (A57) and continue along the Sheffield parkway until you reach the Park Square roundabout.

Take the third exit and follow signs for Bramall Lane.

From the West

Take the A57 into Sheffield and take the fourth exit at the roundabout onto Upper Hanover Street.

At the next roundabout take the third exit to Bramall Lane.

By Tram

The ground is approximately a 10-minute walk from Granville Road (Sheffield College) Tram Stop.

This stop is served by the Blue and Purple routes from the city centre bound for Halfway and Herdings Park.

Parking

Unfortunately, general parking is not available at the ground on a matchday. Please be aware that the surrounding areas are controlled by pay and display or permit holder only restrictions.

By Bus / Rail

The ground is just a few minutes walk from Sheffield railway station and approximately 15 minutes walk from the city centre bus station.

Accessing the Stadium

Visiting supporters are located in the Bramall Lane Stand. Turnstiles open approximately 90 minutes before the game. Bramall Lane has an access control system which operates barcoded tickets and electronic season cards. There are no cash turnstiles in operation at Bramall Lane.

Luggage Storage

Bags are permitted inside the stadium; however, these must fit underneath your seat and must not contain any prohibited items. Supporters bringing items to a game that are not permitted inside the stadium nor fit underneath their seat, can be stored for £6 a day at the following link: www.citysparespace.com

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within Bramall Lane. This also includes the use of electronic cigarettes and vaporisers. Any supporter found in breach of this rule will be subject to disciplinary procedures, which may result in ejection from the stadium and/or possible further action by the club.

Food And Drink

At Bramall Lane there are a number of great food and beverage options available for home and away supporters. A full range of hot food, snacks, hot and soft drinks and alcoholic beverages will be available through the stadium. As well as lots of great deals including pie and pint offers and family meal deals.

Food and beverage offerings include:

· Hendersons sausage roll.

· A selection of Wrights pies, including a vegetarian and vegan offering.

· Craft beer available throughout the stadium.

· Meal deals.

· Chip butty (available on John Street).

Cashless Stadium

Bramall Lane is a cashless stadium.

Burnley supporters...don’t forget to keep your eyes out for our familiar travelling safety stewards at Sheffield United!

The stewards on Thursday will be Fran, Qasim and Asim. You’ll spot them, as always, in their red jackets with Burnley badges.

They’re there to help and support YOU if you need them - or just a regular, friendly face to keep you reassured and answer any questions you may have!

We will not tolerate any form of hate speech, offensive chanting or discriminatory behaviour, whether physical or verbal, from any supporters at home, away; while travelling to or from Club matches or events; or on social media or digital platforms. The Club will always take the necessary steps to eliminate such unacceptable behaviour; and the individual concerned will be subject to a sanction from the Club and may face arrest and subsequent prosecution.

Burnley Football Club has a zero-tolerance policy for fans entering the playing area and, as a result, any supporter who does so will be issued with a lifetime ban with immediate effect.

We urge all travelling supporters to ensure they represent our football club in a positive manner.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted inside Bramall Lane: Knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, bottles, glass vessels, cans, poles and any item that may be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety. Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to the ground.

Flags / Banners

Any flags or banners brought to the stadium must not exceed 2 metre x 1 metre in size and must have a fire safety certificate to be allowed inside the stadium. Flags or banners of an offensive nature will not be permitted inside the stadium.

Reporting Abusive and Discriminatory Behaviour to a steward or SLO

If you want to report an incident during a match, then please talk to your nearest steward or Supporter Liaison Officer who will be able to assist straight away and respond appropriately.
