Travelling to The Peninsula Stadium
BY CAR
- The Peninsula Stadium does not offer on-site parking due to space limitations.
- It takes 34 minutes to reach The Peninsula Stadium from Burnley via the M66.
- Moor Lane Is located just over two miles away from Junction 17 of the M60. The ground is not located in Salford itself, but in the nearby area of Kersal.
BY TRAIN/ BUS
- From Manchester Piccadilly The X43 Witchway Bus runs from Chorlton Street (Stop EZ), past St. Peter’s Square and arrive at A56.
- After a mid-week fixture there only one service back to Manchester at 22:26.
- From Manchester Victoria/Shudehill Services 97 and 98 run between Shudehill Interchange and Bury, and stop outside Manchester Victoria train station. After midweek night games there are just two buses available, one just after 22:00 and one just after 23:00.
BY TRAM
- The closest Metrolink tram stops are Crumpsall, Heaton Park or Prestwich, which are all within two miles of the ground.
In and around The Peninsula Stadium
Away supporters should enter the Stadium from turnstile block A which is located on Moor Lane.
Wheelchair users are allocated space in within bays in the North Stand, amongst home supporters. It is recommended to contact Salford ticket office to arrange a space, and there will be someone present from Salford staff to escort you to your designated bay.

The Fairways Lodge - Is within walking distance of the stadium and sits on the other side of Kersal Moor. The Fairways Lodge serves as a hotel and bar where supporters can gather for drinks and food prior to kick off.
Lupo - Located within the industrial estate of Prestwich you shall find this authentic Italian restaurant. Lupo provides a unique selection of Italian dishes and drinks to prepare you for the fixture.

For safety and security purposes there may be a bag search in place upon arrival at The Peninsula Stadium. It is the best interest of everyone that you arrive early and with the appropriate items to see to it that this process is carried out smoothly and without any issues. Large bags, rucksacks and luggage are not allowed at entry. Additionally, random searches are carried out to see to it that no potential threats are present.
