Information for supporters travelling to Home Park

The Clarets travel to the southwest midweek, to take on Plymouth Argyle.

Please note that all duplicate ticket requests will need to be emailed from the visiting Club and only government recognised ID will be accepted.

Visiting supporters may be asked to show photo ID on matchday, this is to ensure that any ticket collections or duplicates are for use of the named ticket holder.

By Car

Approaching Plymouth from the East, exit the A38 at the Manadon roundabout, and take the second exit towards the city centre.

Take the second exit at the roundabout, following the direction of the flyover, to the left. Travel a mile on this road, and Home Park will appear on your left. If coming from the west, head towards Plymouth on the A38, and take the junction indicated above, but take the fifth exit, to the right. For Sat-Nav purposes, the postcode of the ground is PL2 3DQ.

Parking

The Milehouse park and ride car park, adjacent to Home Park, is a large and free car park. As it is used by those travelling into the city centre and by users of the nearby Life Centre, the car park is usually very busy and fills up extremely quickly on matchdays, so very early arrival is essential to secure a space.

By Rail

Plymouth Railway Station lies one mile away from Home Park and there is a paved walking route (taking approx. 20 mins) that takes you through Central Park straight to the stadium.

Accessing the Stadium

Turnstiles typically open 1.5 hours prior to kick-off.

Smoking

The Home Park Stadium is a no smoking facility.

Food & Drink

The majority of Plymouth’s main restaurants and eateries are in the city centre and Drake Circus shopping centre.

There are also independent restaurants and fish & chip shops around the Barbican and Plymouth Hoe areas, which, serve as good areas for sightseeing pre-match.

Cashless Stadium

Home Park is a cashless stadium in the concourse and hospitality areas.

Burnley supporters...don’t forget to keep your eyes out for our familiar travelling safety stewards at Plymouth!

The stewards on Wednesday will be Fran, Matt and Kamran. You’ll spot them, as always, in their red jackets with Burnley badges.

They’re there to help and support YOU if you need them - or just a regular, friendly face to keep you reassured and answer any questions you may have!

Bag Policy

Bringing bags to the stadium is actively discouraged. However, fans arriving at Home Park with a small personal bag (for example, medical bags or handbags) capable of being stowed under seats is permitted. Please note, supporters should expect this to be searched before entry.

Poor Behaviour

Plymouth Argyle have a zero tolerance approach to anyone who thinks it is acceptable to bully, intimidate or discriminate against a fellow supporter, player or member of club staff, and encourage supporters to report any instance of inappropriate comments, chanting or behaviour at matches.

You can do this by speaking to the nearest steward, or discreetly to the club, via the matchday reporting service: Text 66777 with the word ‘ARGYLE’ followed by your message.

Supporter Information from Burnley Football Club

Burnley Football Club wish to take the opportunity to remind all supporters travelling to the match on Wednesday and in the future, that the Club is committed to the standards, values and expectations set out by our internal values, the EFL, the Football Association and Kick It Out.

Burnley FC is One Club for All and we pride ourselves on being open, diverse and welcoming to everyone. Discrimination has no place in football, and we have a zero-tolerance approach to any supporter found breaching our Supporter Code of Conduct.

We will not tolerate any form of hate speech, offensive chanting or discriminatory behaviour, whether physical or verbal, from any supporters at home, away; while travelling to or from Club matches or events; or on social media or digital platforms. The Club will always take the necessary steps to eliminate such unacceptable behaviour; and the individual concerned will be subject to a sanction from the Club and may face arrest and subsequent prosecution.

Burnley Football Club has a zero-tolerance policy for fans entering the playing area and, as a result, any supporter who does so will be issued with a lifetime ban with immediate effect.

We urge all travelling supporters to ensure they represent our football club in a positive manner.

Seating Area

There are a maximum of 28 spaces for wheelchairs available for visiting supporters within the Barn Park Stand. All spaces are at pitch level.

Visually Impaired

Plymouth Argyle has a dedicated audio described commentary service, called Soccer Sight, for visually impaired supporters. This service is available to home and visiting supporters. The club has 10 headsets available, and these can be pre-booked by contacting the DLO. Headsets can then be collected on a matchday from the information booth on the edge of the Milehouse Park & Ride car park.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance Dogs are allowed into the stadium, but Plymouth Argyle recommend that any supporter wishing to bring an assistance dog contact the DLO at least seven days before the match. Due reference will be given to all aspects of safety and guidance from Guide Dogs for the Blind to ensure safety in the ground. Measures will also be taken to ensure that the welfare of the Assistance Dog is preserved.

Non-visible Disabilities

If you intend on accompanying a supporter who suffers from a disability that is less obvious, such as Autism, Dementia, Anxiety or Severe Learning Disabilities, Plymouth Argyle will offer help specific to the needs of the individual.
