Car Parking
Unfortunately, there are no sizeable car parks near The Den, which is why most fans choose to arrive either by train or by a supporter coach. There is, however, limited parking available in the estate on the left just past the stadium. Alternatively, there is parking further out which requires a longer walk.
We’ve compiled a list of car parks below, near to the The Den, for hassle free parking while you’re at the match.
Surrey Quays Shopping Centre - SE16 7LL - Cost is free - Distance to Ground 1.7km
Surrey Quays offers 1,300 car parking spaces, which is free up to 4 hours. This is around a 20-minute walk from The Den but is convenient for getting a quick getaway after the match has finished.
Camilla Road Street Parking - SE16 3NL - Cost is free - Distance to Ground 1.3km
Camilla Road offers some limited free street parking around a 15-minute walk to The Den, but parking here is at your own risk.
Ilderton Road Street Parking - SE16 3JY - Cost is free - Distance to Ground 0.2km
There are several residential areas to the left of The Den, just off Ilderton Road. Some of these have free street parking, though be sure to check if there are any restrictions and parking here is at your own risk.
By Bus
A range of different bus services can get you close to the ground. The 21, 53 and 172 will get you to Old Kent Road, the P12 to Ilderton Road, the 1 and 381 to Rotherhithe New Road and the 47, 188 and 225 to Surrey Quays.

By Train
Millwall Football Club is located in close proximity to several different stations. In terms of overground rail, South Bermondsey station is the nearest at approximately five minutes’ walk away with regular trains from London Bridge stopping there.
Surrey Quays overground station is about a 20-minute walk away while walking from New Cross or New Cross Gate overground stations will take around 30 minutes.
The nearest underground station is Canada Water, which is on the Jubilee Line, and is roughly 25 minutes’ walk to the ground.

Away fans are seated in the North Stand.

Bag Drop
Millwall Football Club’s Bag Drop policy does not allow bags larger than A4 size into their stadium.
Millwall Football Club has introduced a new 'Bag Drop' facility at The Den. Costing £6 per bag, items can be handed into the blue kiosk in the Main Car Park, situated opposite Main Reception.
For the 2024/25 campaign and beyond, The Lions have introduced a 'No Bag Policy', meaning that any item over A4 size will not be allowed into the stadium. Bags smaller than A4 size are permitted but will be subject to a search on entry.
Please note that the 'bag drop' facility is cashless.
Remembrance Day Fixture
Millwall's annual Remembrance Day fixture takes place at The Den on Sunday 3rd November. Before the action gets underway, service personnel will position themselves around the perimeter of the pitch, with a bugler - flanked by three further wreath-carrying service personnel - leading the teams onto the pitch.
After the sides have completed their respect line-up, both teams will join the bugler and wreath-carrying personnel around the centre circle, before The Last Post will be played during a minute's silence. The silence will be ended by the referee's whistle.
Once the teams have broken away for kick-off, service personnel will lay the wreaths behind the goals.
Away Pubs
There aren’t many away friendly pubs near the stadium itself, so most away fans tend to drink in the London Bridge area. Please note, however, that some bars require club colours to be covered, and some do not allow children.
Here’s a list of recommended away pubs:
• The Market Porter
• The George
• The Shipwrights Arms
• The Pommelers Rest
North Bar
Please be aware that the North Bar will be available for supporters to purchase beverages from before entering the stadium.
This will be branded in Burnley clubs colours and will close at kick-off.
Burnley supporters...don’t forget to keep your eyes out for our familiar travelling safety stewards at Millwall!
The stewards on Sunday will be Marcus, Fran and Andrew. You’ll spot them, as always, in their red jackets with Burnley badges.
They’re there to help and support YOU if you need them - or just a regular, friendly face to keep you reassured and answer any questions you may have!
Millwall Football Club has a zero-tolerance policy against racial and all other forms of discrimination and want to again make clear to anybody who holds such views that you are not welcome at the football club. Millwall’s stance is that anybody found guilty of racial abuse is banned for life.
If you see and/or hear anti-social behaviour and foul, abusive, homophobic or racist language, please inform the nearest steward or police officer, or text a block and row number in confidence, along with the word ‘Hate’, to 66777.
In receiving information, the club can then take immediate action to ensure that the stadium continues to be a safe, secure and enjoyable environment for all supporters. You can access the field regulations here.
