Josh Brownhill has been nominated for the October PFA Championship Fans’ Player of the Month.
The 28-year-old who was also nominated for September’s award, played in all five of the Clarets fixtures in October, against Plymouth Argyle, Preston North End, Sheffield Wednesday, Hull City and Queens Park Rangers.
The Clarets captain is the team's top scorer this season, with five goals, two of which came in October. His penalty secured three points against Argyle and he netted the second goal in Burnley's 2-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday.
Competition in the category comes in the form of Cardiff City's Dimitrios Goutas, Wilson Isidor & Chris Mepham of Sunderland, West Bromwich Albion's Alex Palmer and Borja Sainz of Norwich City.
