By Car
From the West (onto Walton Street car park):
  • Approach Hull from the M62, which leads straight onto the A63.
  • Continue on the A63 under the Humber Bridge. The road continues into the A63 Clive Sullivan Way.
  • Continue along Clive Sullivan Way. Turn off onto the slip road just before the flyover, sign-posted ‘Local Traffic/Infirmary’. At the roundabout, take the second exit for Rawling Way.
  • At the next main set of traffic lights (and with the hospital in front of you), take a left turn onto A1105 Anlaby Road. Continue over the flyover. At the foot of the flyover, take a right turn into Walton Street.
  • The Walton Street car park is located just over halfway down this street after the Tigers Trust Arena.
From the Humber Bridge (onto Walton Street car park):
  • Once over the Humber Bridge, follow signs for Hull City centre. The road follows round to the left to join the A63 Clive Sullivan Way and will take you under the Humber Bridge.
  • Continue along Clive Sullivan Way. Turn off onto the slip road just before the flyover, sign-posted ‘Local Traffic/Infirmary’. At the roundabout, take the second exit for Rawling Way.
  • At the next main set of traffic lights (and with the hospital in front of you), take a left turn onto A1105 Anlaby Road. Continue over the flyover. At the foot of the flyover, take a right turn into Walton Street.
  • The Walton Street car park is located just over halfway down this street, after the Tigers Trust Arena.
From the North (onto Walton Street car park):
  • Take the A1079 towards Beverley then follow signs for the Humber Bridge and the A164. Take the A63 sign-posted Hull City centre.
  • Continue on the A63 under the Humber Bridge. The road continues into the A63 Clive Sullivan Way.
  • Continue along Clive Sullivan Way. Turn off onto the slip road just before the flyover, sign-posted ‘Local Traffic/Infirmary’. At the roundabout, take the second exit for Rawling Way.
  • At the next main set of traffic lights (and with the hospital in front of you), take a left turn onto A1105 Anlaby Road. Continue over the flyover. At the foot of the flyover, take a right turn into Walton Street.
  • The Walton Street car park is located just over halfway down this street, after the Tigers Trust Arena.
From the East & Hull Docks (onto Walton Street car park):
  • The A165 approaches Hull from the east coast and onto Holderness Road. Follow signs for A63/M62 Leeds.
  • At the second large roundabout on the A63 Garrison Road, continue over Myton Bridge straight onto A63 Castle Street. Continue along the A63. Just before the flyover, take the slip road signposted ‘Infirmary/Anlaby A1105’. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Rawling Way.
  • At the next main set of traffic lights (and with the hospital in front of you), take a left turn onto A1105 Anlaby Road. Continue over the flyover. At the foot of the flyover, take a right turn into Walton Street.
  • The Walton Street car park is located just over halfway down this street, just after the Tigers Trust Arena.
By Train
Hull Paragon is the nearest train station and approximately a 20-minute walk from the MKM Stadium.
Walking Directions:
  • Leave Hull Paragon through the main exit and turn right towards the traffic lights at the junction of Anlaby Road and Ferensway.
  • At the lights, turn right onto Anlaby Road and follow the signposts to the stadium, passing Hull Royal Infirmary on your right.
  • On matchdays only, turn right after the hospital onto Argyle Street.
  • The footbridge is on the left and takes you all the way to the MKM Stadium.
By Bus
The MKM Stadium is served by two buses from Hull Paragon Interchange:
  • Stagecoach bus number 2 - departs from bay 6 (buses every 10 minutes)
  • East Yorkshire bus number 66 - departs from bay 7
Buses are wheelchair friendly and also cater for disabled buggies and approved mobility scooters.

By Plane
Approximately 18 miles from the stadium, Humberside Airport is served by buses to Hull city centre that pass the MKM Stadium en route. For more information, visit www.humbersideairport.com
Priory Park & Ride Signposted from the A63 Clive Sullivan Way, Priory Park & Ride provides 650 parking spaces with a frequent bus service dropping off and picking up spectators outside the stadium on Anlaby Road.

Walton Street Car Park Parking is available to home and away supporters on the nearby Walton Street car park, charged at £5 per vehicle (cash only) and free for blue badge holders.
The car park, which provides 1,100 spaces for cars and coaches, opens three hours before kick-off and closes three hours after the full-time whistle.

Disabled Parking Parking is available free of charge to home and away blue badge holders in a designated area of the Walton Street car park. There are three parking areas available on site to home disabled supporters, charged at £25 per season, subject to availability.

Executive Car Parking
  • From the slip road off the A63 Clive Sullivan Way, at the roundabout turn onto Hessle Road (first exit from the West, second exit from the East).
  • Proceed along Hessle Road and at the second main set of traffic lights, turn right down St George’s Road.
  • Continue over the level crossing and at the end of the road, turn right onto A1105 Anlaby Road.
  • After the next main set of traffic lights, just before the flyover, turn left into the main stadium entrance and proceed to the executive car park.
Drop-Off Area There is a drop-off area at the MKM Stadium on matchdays, located in the same area as the taxi rank on the perimeter road through West Park. Supporters can be dropped off up to 45 minutes before kick-off.
Cyclists - Parking facilities for cyclists are available around the perimeter of the stadium.
On street parking - Areas around the stadium are resident only zones and cars parked illegally will be issued with parking tickets. Matchday parking for the general public is not available at the stadium.
City Centre Car Parks
  • St Stephen’s Street - (0.9 miles, 18-minute walk)
  • Pryme Street Multi-Storey - (1.1 miles, 23 minutes)
  • Francis Street - (1.2 miles, 25 minutes)
  • Osborne Street Multi-Storey - (1.4 miles, 28 minutes)
  • Mason Street - (1.5 miles, 31 minutes)
  • George Street Multi-Storey - (1.5 miles, 32 minutes)
Away supporters are housed in the North-East corner of the stadium. The MKM Stadium is an all-seater venue and supporters are asked to remain seated at all times and keep gangways clear in case of emergency. Away fans should enter the ground via turnstiles 47-50 and 1-5. Lift access is via disabled 46 entrance.
Cashless Concourses
The matchday concourses at the MKM Stadium are cashless, with only card payments accepted.
Turnstiles
Turnstiles typically open an hour and a half before kick-off. Supporters are advised to arrive early to avoid large crowds and prevent queues from building up at the turnstiles. To enter the ground, you will need to use the turnstile indicated on your ticket.
Place the ticket under the reader and make sure the bar code is under the scanner. Wait for the light to turn GREEN and proceed into the stadium. If the light goes RED, please notify a steward for assistance.
Supporters who arrive late for kick-off can still gain entry, via one turnstile (Turnstile 50, North - away supporters). Those who arrive 30 minutes after kick-off should alert a steward on one of the access gates in the corners of the stadium.
Lost Property
To report a lost item, please email reception@wearehullcity.co.uk with details of the item and where you were sitting. If you become aware you have lost something during your visit, please contact your nearest steward who will verify whether something of that description has been handed in.

Wheelchair Users
The MKM Stadium can accommodate 16 spaces for away supporter wheelchair users, plus a personal assistant seat, in the away section of the ground.
A wheelchair is available for supporters who are unable to walk from their car to their seat. To book, please email ann.holland@wearehullcity.co.uk at least 48 hours in advance.
Ambulant Accessible Supporters
There are 100 designated seats for ambulant disabled supporters in the away section of the MKM Stadium. Requirements should be stipulated at the time of purchasing a ticket to ensure appropriate seating is provided.
Easy Access
Each stand is equipped with a lift for supporters with mobility problems. These take wheelchair users up to concourse level, where the raised platforms are situated, with accessible toilets on the concourses. Pitchside wheelchair positions are accessed via the corners of the stadium, with a disabled toilet in each corner. These toilets are not radar key operated.
Changing Places
A Changing Places toilet is available to supporters with profound and multiple learning disabilities, as well as those with other physical disabilities such as spinal injuries, muscular dystrophy and multiple sclerosis. The room is equipped with extra space and equipment, including a hoist and a height-adjustable changing bench, to allow for safe and comfortable use. To access the Changing Places toilet, please speak to a steward.
Audio Commentary
Audio commentary is available via headsets for visually impaired supporters, with three allocated to away supporters. These can be booked in advance by emailing ann.holland@wearehullcity.co.uk or on matchday by speaking to a steward.
Ear Defenders
Ear defenders are available on request. Please speak to a steward if required.
Guide Dogs
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome at the MKM Stadium. Please email ann.holland@hulltigers.com in advance to enable arrangements to be made.

A wide range of hot food, drinks, snacks and confectionery are available from the concourse kiosks. From pies and hot dogs to burgers and chips covered in Hull’s favourite American Chip Spice, there is plenty to choose from.

Away Banners
Away fans are welcome to bring banners into the ground, providing they are fire certificated, displayed appropriately and do not exceed 1m x 2m. The club reserves the right to refuse banners that cannot be displayed appropriately and turn banners away on the grounds of offensive content or supporter safety.
Text Messaging Service
Supporters can report incidents of discriminatory and anti-social behaviour on matchdays by using a free text messaging service. Please text the word HULL followed by details of the issue and where it occurred to 60066. All texts will be treated in the strictest confidence.
No Smoking Policy
Hull City operates a strict no smoking policy, with the use of cigarettes and e-cigarettes not permitted in any area within the MKM Stadium. Supporters may leave the ground five minutes before half-time to smoke outside but must re-enter within five minutes of the second half starting.
