Scott Parker's men are on the road this weekend as they face Coventry City at Saturday lunchtime.

Please note that all duplicate ticket requests will need to be emailed from the visiting Club and only government recognised ID will be accepted.

Visiting supporters may be asked to show photo ID on matchday, this is to ensure that any ticket collections or duplicates are for use of the named ticket holder.

By Car

If travelling from the North, it is advised to use either the M6 or M1. If using the M1, exit at Junction 21 and join the M69. Merge onto Junction 2 of the M6, leaving the M6 motorway at Junction 3 before joining the Jimmy Hill Way (South). For the M6, exit at Junction 3 and join the Jimmy Hill Way (South).

For fans travelling from the South, it is advised that you use the M1 and join the M6 at the Catthorpe Interchange, leaving the motorway at Junction 3 before joining Jimmy Hill Way (South).

By Rail

Coventry train station is on the main line between London and Birmingham, and around 4 miles from the Coventry Building Society Arena.

Coventry Arena train station is located on-site at the Coventry Building Society Arena and operated by West Midlands Railways. There is no special matchday service, and trains run as timetabled on home matchdays.

To get to the stadium using public transport from Coventry train station:

- Number 9 (towards University Hospital), or 11 or 12X (towards Coventry) Bus from Coventry train station to Coventry Transport Museum

- Then catch the Number 3 from Trinity Street or Number 5 from Pool Meadow to Arena Park (Tesco)

- Once you arrive at Arena Park (Tesco), there is an underpass which takes you into Car Park B of the stadium

On Saturday matchdays, trains arrive at Arena Park at ten to the hour.

Accessing the Stadium

Turnstiles open from 2 hours before kick-off.

There will be ticket barcode scanners in place on entry, so please make sure you have your ticket ready, and it is in good condition.

Away supporters visiting the Coventry Building Society Arena are in the South Stand.

Cashless Stadium

All kiosks within the Coventry Building Society Arena are cashless.

Food and Drink

Food and drink (soft drinks and alcohol) is available within the South Stand concourse from the opening of turnstiles. All kiosks are cashless.

Leaving The Stadium

Please note that after the game, crowd control measures will be in place to segregate home and away supporters. This means that away fans will be unable to turn left outside of the stadium towards the Arena Shopping Park.

Burnley supporters...don’t forget to keep your eyes out for our familiar travelling safety stewards at Coventry City.

The stewards on Saturday will be Andrew, Kamram and Qasim. You’ll spot them, as always, in their red jackets with Burnley badges.

They’re there to help and support YOU if you need them - or just a regular, friendly face to keep you reassured and answer any questions you may have!

Burnley Football Club wish to take the opportunity to remind all supporters travelling to the match on Saturday and in the future, that the Club is committed to the standards, values and expectations set out by our internal values, the EFL, the Football Association and Kick It Out.

Burnley FC is One Club for All and we pride ourselves on being open, diverse and welcoming to everyone. Discrimination has no place in football, and we have a zero-tolerance approach to any supporter found breaching our Supporter Code of Conduct.

We will not tolerate any form of hate speech, offensive chanting or discriminatory behaviour, whether physical or verbal, from any supporters at home, away; while travelling to or from Club matches or events; or on social media or digital platforms. The Club will always take the necessary steps to eliminate such unacceptable behaviour; and the individual concerned will be subject to a sanction from the Club and may face arrest and subsequent prosecution.

Burnley Football Club has a zero-tolerance policy for fans entering the playing area and, as a result, any supporter who does so will be issued with a lifetime ban with immediate effect.

We urge all travelling supporters to ensure they represent our football club in a positive manner.

Flags/Banners

Coventry City do allow flags in the away end, provided prior permission from the Club is sought by the supporter and subject to there being space to display your flag. Fans are required to contact the Club's Supporter Services Officer via email on: Jodie.Jones@ccfc.co.uk.

Please send the fire safety certificate for your flag attached to your email, along with the dimensions of your flag, photo of your flag, details of any poles which are attached to the flag, location of where you will be sat/where the flag would be displayed and contact telephone number.

Coventry City reserve the right to ban or refuse entry to any flag/banner considered to be offensive, discriminatory, insulting, or carrying any inappropriate/commercial language or message. Any flags or banners not pre advised and approved may be confiscated and returned after the game.

Coventry City will always try to accommodate flags/banners supporting your team to make the matchday experience better but in accordance with the regulations above.

Accessible Stewards

There is a dedicated Stewarding Team on hand before, during and after the game to help you make the most of your matchday experience.

Medication

To bring medication into the ground, please email customer.service@ccfc.co.uk with details of your current medication and any support you may require during the day.

Assistance Dogs

Any supporter wishing to attend with an assistance dog must contact the Coventry City Ticket Office to ensure the appropriate match tickets (subject to availability) are allocated and adequate arrangements have been made.

Deaf or Hard of Hearing Supporters

On matchdays, information will be carried on the electronic scoreboard and via the public address system.

Audio Descriptive Commentary

Coventry City have audio description commentary service.

This is a free to use service for blind and visually impaired supporters, and is available to away supporters on home matchdays, and is provided by Alan March Sport Ltd.
