Burnley Football Club can confirm that striker Lewis Richardson has joined Sky Bet League Two side Grimsby Town on loan for the season.
Richardson joined the Clarets Academy aged nine, making his U18s debut at just 15, where he netted five goals in a 6-1 win against Crewe Alexandra.
The 19-year-old has established himself within the U21s set-up over the past three seasons, captaining the side and making his first team debut in the Premier League against Spurs in February 2021.
Everyone at the Club would like to wish Lewis all the best for the upcoming season.
