Burnley Football Club can confirm that Kade Ratchford has joined Bamber Bridge on a month-long youth loan which will run until October 16.
Able to play in a range of attacking positions, including on the wing and as an attacking midfielder, Manchester-born Ratchford became a Claret aged 14.
The 18-year-old last season featured primarily for the youth team, making 19 appearances, but progressed into the U23 setup towards the back end of the campaign.
He has remained there at the start of this season – now in U21 format – and could make his Brig debut this afternoon (September 17) in the Second Qualifying Round of the FA Cup against Prescot Cables.
Everyone at the Club wishes Kade all the best during his time at the Sir Tom Finney Stadium.
