Newly-crowned champions Burnley make the long journey to Bristol City on Saturday afternoon – 29th April  (3pm KO) – for their last away game of the campaign having sealed the title much closer to home earlier this week.
Less than 15 miles from Turf Moor, Manuel Benson’s wonderstrike saw Vincent Kompany’s side cement their place at the top of the Sky Bet Championship on Wednesday night at Ewood Park against rivals Blackburn Rovers.
2000 Clarets fans were permitted to make the trip down the M65, and over 800 more are set for a trip to Bristol tomorrow as the end of the season nears.
With just three league defeats so far this season, Burnley could still tick over a century of points with two wins in their final two matches of the campaign. Those six would see them end on 101.

Bristol City
With two games left of the campaign, Nigel Pearson’s Robins are safe in the knowledge that they will head into a ninth consecutive season as a second-tier outfit come August.
City - sat 14th at the time of writing – are unable to go up or down this term and will finish mid-table.

After going three games without a win, they scored late on to beat Rotherham United 2-1 on home soil last weekend.
Former Aston Villa striker Andreas Weimann netted the winner for the Robins against the Millers in the 91st minute, and he is their third top scorer in the league so far this term with six. Tommy Conway (8) & former Claret Nahki Wells (11) are the two men he trails.
The last time we met
Burnley and Bristol City aren’t two clubs who have come face-to-face all too often, particularly in recent years, with Saturday’s game at Ashton Gate a 51st competitive meeting dating all the way back to 1902.
Winning all of the last six meetings between the pair, and drawing the one before that, the Clarets just have the edge overall with 19 victories to their name against the Robins.

Early on in this campaign, Jay Rodriguez netted the winner against this weekend’s opponents in the reverse fixture at Turf Moor with Benson also on target for Kompany’s men in a 2-1 success.
It was also 2-1 to the Clarets down in the South West back in August 2015 when Ben Mee & Michael Keane were on target, a second successive win at Ashton Gate.
City’s last victory against Burnley came in November 2011. U18s assistant boss Ross Wallace netted for the Clarets that afternoon as they lost out 3-1.
