Burnley travel across the county on Saturday (3pm) afternoon when they take on Blackpool at Bloomfield Road.
Vincent Kompany’s side beat Fleetwood Town 1-0 at Turf Moor in midweek to progress into the quarter-finals of the Emirates FA Cup.
Defender Connor Roberts scored the only goal of the game against the Cods, netting in the 90th minute, to set up a last-eight tie away against Premier League champions Manchester City later this month.
Last time out in the Championship, Burnley claimed three points with a 4-0 win at home against Huddersfield Town, extending their unbeaten run in the league to 14 games with four different names on the scoresheet.
The Clarets now sit 19 points clear in the automatic promotion places ahead of Saturday’s trip to face the Tangerines.

Blackpool
West Lancashire outfit Blackpool are currently battling the drop in what is their second season in the Championship having spent the previous six between League One & Two.
Finishing 16th last season, Neil Critchley departed to take up a position at Aston Villa in the summer, and Michael Appleton was appointed to the Bloomfield Road hotseat.
He was then relieved of his duties midway through January, and ex-Republic of Ireland manager Mick McCarthy took the helm.
Under McCarthy, success has still been hard to come by for the ‘Pool and last time out they were beaten 3-1 away at Reading. Their consolation goal came in the 94th minute from Sonny Carey.
The last time we met
An entertaining affair at Turf Moor back in August saw the points shared in a 3-3 draw. Both sides also had a man sent off each.
Prior to that meeting however, the pair hadn’t faced off competitively since April 2014 when Michael Kightly’s curled effort was enough to secure all three points in West Lancashire for the Clarets.
The following week, promotion to the Premier League would be achieved with a win against Wigan Athletic back at Turf Moor.
Burnley have lost just one of their last 16 meetings with Saturday’s opponents in all competitions.
