Burnley travel to the London Stadium today (2.15pm) to take on West Ham United in a crucial Premier League fixture.
Under-23s coach Mike Jackson is acting as interim manager with Burnley in 18th place with eight games left.
Jackson has previously managed Shrewsbury Town and Tranmere Rovers. He spoke to the press ahead of the game.
"For us it's about the whole club coming together - everyone here, the fans and everybody bunkering in to take away all the noise and concentrate on what we need to do."
The former Preston North End defender doesn’t envisage too many changes.
“That is the biggest thing for us now. Be better at what the identity of Burnley is.
"I don't think we are going to change the style and how we play in one day. The strength of this group is the group, they will pull together.
"We might tinker with a few bits of detail but there will be no change of style. The confidence will only come from the games."
Form guide
Burnley lost 2-0 at Carrow Road last Sunday with Pierre Lees-Melou and Teemu Pukki scoring for the Canaries.
West Ham are through to their first European club semi-final since they defeated Eintracht Frankfurt in the last four of the 1976 European Cup Winners Cup. They won 3-0 away to Lyon on Thursday. They will face Frankfurt again in the semi-finals of the Europa League later this month.
David Moyes’ side lost 2-0 away to Brentford last Sunday.
The reverse fixture at Turf Moor in December was goalless. It was the first goalless draw between the sides since 1938.

Opposition guide
David Moyes is in his second spell in charge of West Ham. They are seventh in the Premier League and have reached the semi-finals of the Europa League. The winners of that competition gain entry into next season’s Champions League.
The Hammers have won nine and lost four of their home Premier League games this season. They have won their last three league games at home to Wolves, Aston Villa and Everton.
Naturally, Moyes was elated with the win in France.
“It is huge what we have done in two years. We have not won any trophies yet but we are trying to compete and to qualify from European football again, if we can. To be getting to these later stages, we have beaten big clubs that are used to European football.
“You don’t win anything for tonight but it was a big moment for us. Winning 3-0 away from home in Europe - really good result.
“The players stuck at it, never gave up, got a goal in front before we conceded. I don’t think anyone, when they were putting questions to me earlier, thought we were going to make it tonight.”
