Head Coach Scott Parker insists Turf Moor can play its part on Friday night in what the Burnley boss described as a 'big test' against Sheffield Wednesday.
Burnley are 22 matches unbeaten in all competitions prior to this weekend's meeting with the Owls. Meanwhile Danny Rohl's team head to Lancashire in ninth place, having won 12 league games and lost 12 - and Parker is expecting a challenging evening.
Speaking to the press on Wednesday ahead of the game Parker said: “It’s another big test for us. We’re facing a good team, a competitive team that have done very well under their coach.
“As you get to this point in the season, there are always competitive games in this league, so we’re looking forward to what will be a tough game and one which we want to come out the right side of.”
Parker continued: "Night games always have that extra feel about them and it always brings that certain atmosphere. Friday night as well. As always, we're going to need the place bouncing.
"We're going to need the support. And our support is right behind us, which has always been the case really. So, there's a big game ahead of us and we're now going into the final third of the season. We need every bit of their support come Friday and ongoing from there really."
Parker was asked to provide an update on the fitness of his team and how the injured players are looking ahead of their respective comebacks, as to which the Burnley chief admits are 'in a good place'.
"We're in a good place, to be fair. Injury-wise, we're on the right side of that and people are coming back fit. The squad's in a good place.
“There’s no real injury update in terms of us. We go into this game as strong as we can be. Obviously, the long term is still out and still coming back.”
On Ramsey's return he added: “He's progressing well. He had a tiny little bit of a setback last week, but he's back with us. I think he comes back into training with us tomorrow.
“He's moving in the right direction, Aaron, and we're really pleased with his progression. Obviously, it was a big injury, but he's moving in the right direction.”
Luca Koleosho has missed the last few games through injury, but has been back in training this week, as revealed by Parker: “He's back now. He's been training with us for the last week."
