Scott Parker admits the prospect of securing back-to-back Premier League wins is a huge spur for his side ahead of Sunday's visit to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Burnley head into this weekend's match-week nine fixture at Molineux buoyed by a 2-0 win against Leeds United last time out - thanks to goals from Lesley Ugochukwu and Loum Tchaouna - and Parker is in buoyant mood ahead of the trip to the Midlands.
"There's been a good feeling about the place this week after last weekend," he said.
"It would be massive to get back-to-back wins - they're huge in the Premier League.
"Winning away from home in this division is tough, of course it is.
"But we're coming off a brilliant result at the weekend so we're heading there in a confident mood.
"We've got to go there and try and get a positive result - that's our approach."
When questioned on Wolves' current predicament, which sees them sitting at the foot of the table without a win to their name so far this season, Parker said: "We're really early in the season still, it's just a small sample size at this stage.
"The different situations and scenarios vary every week in this league. That's the nature of it.
"The facts are that it's the Premier League, and that means there's quality in every team you play against.
"Our focus is just on us and showing our quality - if we do that, we'll be highly competitive, like we have been in every game this season."
