12 Clarets have been on international duty around the world over the last seven days for their respective countries in EURO Qualifiers, friendlies and U21 EURO Qualifiers.
Zeki Amdouni (Switzerland)
Amdouni played in both of Switzerland’s EURO 2024 Qualifiers over the international break, as the Swiss booked their place in next summer’s tournament in Germany.
The forward started in the 1-1 draw with Israel last Wednesday, before featuring as a substitute in the draw with Kosovo on Saturday which sealed Switzerland’s place in the EURO’s.
Sander Berge (Norway)
Berge started and captained Norway in both of their November fixtures, which saw the Scandinavian side enjoy two unbeaten fixtures.
The centre-midfielder played 45 minutes in a 2-0 win over Faroe Islands in Oslo, before completing a successful 90 minutes in a 3-3 draw with Scotland at Hampden Park in a EURO 2024 Qualifier.

James Trafford (England U21)
The goalkeeper was named in the starting XI for the young Lions’ 3-0 win over Serbia on Saturday evening which saw England move to 2nd place in the U21 EURO’s Qualifying group.
Trafford and the Three Lions play their second fixture on Tuesday night against Northern Ireland at Goodison Park which could see Lee Carsley’s side move to top of the group.
Wilson Odobert (France U20s)
Odobert started for France in their first of two friendlies against Belgium where the winger played 80 minutes in a 1-0 victory against the Red Devils.
Thierry Henry’s France side take on Belgium in their second friendly on Tuesday night.
Johann Berg Gudmundsson (Iceland)
Gudmundsson played 90 minutes in both of Iceland’s November fixtures, which saw the Scandinavian side come up against Portugal and Slovakia in 2024 EURO Qualifiers.
After suffering defeat in Slovakia last Thursday in the first of the two games, Gudmundsson then grabbed an assist in the 2-0 loss to Portugal on Sunday to finalise the international break.

Luca Koleosho (Italy U21)
Koleosho was an unused substitute in Italy’s 7-0 win over San Marino on Thursday in their U21 EURO Qualifier.
The young Italians and Koleosho face Ireland in Dublin on Tuesday night in their second qualifier.
Josh Cullen & Dara O’Shea (Ireland)
Cullen & O’Shea both featured in Ireland’s 2024 EURO Qualifiers against Gibraltar and the Netherlands.
Cullen started in the 4-0 win in Dublin over Gibraltar whilst O’Shea featured as a substitutes with the pair then both starting in the defeat to the Netherlands on Saturday night in Amsterdam.
Connor Roberts (Wales)
Roberts started for Wales in their 1-1 draw with Armenia on Saturday, as the full-back assisted the equalising goal in Yerevan.
The draw means that Wales need to beat Turkey on Tuesday night in Cardiff and hope that Croatia lose to Armenia to qualify for the EURO’s next summer.

Darko Churlinov (North Macedonia)
Churlinov was named as substitute in both of North Macedonia’s fixtures over the break, which saw them come up against Italy and England in EURO Qualifiers.
The winger featured off the bench in the 5-2 defeat to Italy in Rome on Friday, before being an unused substitute in the 1-1 draw with England in Skopje on Monday night.
Arijanet Muric (Kosovo)
Muric started in Kosovo’s 1-0 win over Israel in Pristina before not being involved in the draw with Switzerland on Saturday.
Ameen Al-Dakhil (Belgium)
Al-Dakhil was given his first start for Belgium's senior side in their 1-0 win over Serbia on Wednesday as the defended played all 90 minutes in Brussels.
The defender then featured as a substitute in the Red Devil's 5-0 victory over Azerbaijan on Sunday.
