Clarets midfielder Mace Goodridge has joined team-mate Bobby Thomas on loan at Barrow.
Goodridge, 21, has joined the League Two side until the summer, subject to FA and EFL approval, to complete a productive month for Academy recruits.
The former Newcastle youngster, who made the bench for Sean Dyche's side at Manchester City earlier this season, becomes the fourth player to head out of Turf Moor for Football League experience by joining a Barrow team managed by ex-Clarets' U23s coach Michael Jolley.
Along with defender Thomas, Goodridge departs along with midfielder Adam Phillips, 23, who has moved across Lancashire from a loan spell at Morecambe to join Accrington Stanley on loan and goalkeeper Lukas Jensen, 21, who has linked up with Bolton Wanderers on loan for the rest of the season.
The Clarets also ended January by adding to their Academy ranks, as teenage winger Dara Costelloe has joined from Galway after signing a deal at Turf Moor following a spell training with the club.
