There are 16 Clarets players currently out on loan across three countries and nine different leagues.
That tally now includes 10 players from the academy at the Club with Harry Moss taking the figure to double digits last Friday when he completed a youth loan to Padiham.
Here’s a round-up of how all 16 have fared with their loan Clubs over the last seven days.
Bobby Thomas (Barnsley)
Defender Thomas has been a Claret since 2017, and is on a loan running until the end of the season with Michael Duff’s Reds.

He played the full game on Saturday as they beat Cambridge United 2-0 on home soil in Sky Bet League One.

CJ Egan-Riley (Hibernian)
Up in Scotland, Egan-Riley is also on loan until the end of the season with Hibernian.
Last Tuesday, he came on as a late substitute in a 1-1 draw away at Ross County before playing the full game in a 1-0 victory at St Mirren on Saturday.

Dara Costelloe (Bradford City)
Costelloe’s loan at Bradford also runs until the end of the campaign. The Irish forward has been with Burnley since February 2021.

He wasn’t involved in the matchday squad on Saturday as the Bantams won 3-2 at promotion-chasing Stevenage.

Enock Agyei (K.V. Mechelen)
In Belgium with Steven Defour’s Mechelen side, Agyei – who joined the Clarets as a January recruit before heading out on loan until the end of the season – was involved in Friday night football.
The versatile attacker came on for the closing stages of ‘De Kakkers’ narrow 2-1 defeat at Eupen.

Finn Armstrong (Curzon Ashton)
Full-back Armstrong joined Burnley when he was 12, and is currently out on a youth loan with Vanarama National League North outfit Curzon until 26th February.

Enjoying a double winning week and playing the full 90 in both games, he impressed in a 2-1 win at Alfreton Town last Tuesday as well as a 4-3 home success over Gloucester City on Saturday.

Harry Moss (Padiham)
Before linking up with the Storks, goalkeeper Moss – a second-year scholar - made his U21s debut for the Clarets last Tuesday afternoon in a 3-1 County Cup win against Blackpool.
He joined Padiham on Friday evening, and less than 24 hours later kept a clean sheet away at Wythenshawe Town in a 1-0 victory. Moss’ loan runs until 5th March.

Joe McGlynn (Kidderminster Harriers)
Scottish youth international McGlynn also joined Burnley at the age of 12, and like Armstrong is on loan in the Vanarama National League North, though his deal runs until the end of the season.

The striker started for Kidderminster on Saturday, playing 78 minutes, as they won 2-1 away at Spennymoor Town

Jon Ander Vilar Robinson (Padiham)
17-year-old Vilar Robinson, a first-year scholar who has been with Burnley since he was 13, is on loan at Padiham until 5th March alongside fellow shot stopper Moss.
Vilar Robinson appeared on the bench for the U21s in that success against Blackpool on Tuesday before playing for the Storks later that night in a Lancashire FA Challenge Trophy tie against Charnock Richard, losing out on penalties despite saving a spot kick.

He was then on the bench for the U18s on Saturday at home in a defeat to Peterborough United, not involved in Padiham’s win against Wythenshawe Town due to suspension.
Lukas Jensen (Accrington Stanley)
Making it a trio of ‘keepers out on loan, Danishman Jensen is with Stanley until the end of the season in Sky Bet League One.
He has been at Burnley since 2019, and last Tuesday saved a penalty as Accrington took a point from a 1-1 draw at Port Vale. Jensen also kept a clean sheet on Saturday in a goalless draw at Cheltenham Town.

Luke McNally (Coventry City)
McNally joined Coventry last month on a deal until the end of the season, and has earned himself a place in the Championship Team of the Week following an impressive performance against Luton Town.

The defender played the full 90 minutes, making five clearances and a last-ditch challenge, to get top marks from a 1-1 draw at home against the Hatters on Saturday.

Matt Lowton (Huddersfield Town)
Full-back Lowton’s loan with fellow Sky Bet Championship outfit Huddersfield runs until the end of the campaign.
He played the full game at Blackpool on Tuesday as the Terriers drew 2-2, but wasn’t involved following a change of manager on Saturday as they lost out 1-0 to Wigan Athletic.

Michael Mellon (Morecambe)
Striker Mellon is also in Sky Bet League One with Morecambe on a deal running until the end of the campaign.

With Burnley since he was 15, the frontman came on as a late substitute for the Shrimps on Saturday against Forest Green Rovers, getting the assist for Cole Stockton’s late leveller in a 1-1 draw.

Owen Dodgson (Rochdale)
Dodgson continued his ever-present status in Jim Bentley’s Rochdale side, with the Sky Bet League Two outfit until the end of the season.
The full-back, who has been at Burnley since the summer of 2020, and Dale conceded late to draw 1-1 at home against Northampton Town on Saturday.

Sam Waller (Lancaster City)
Like Armstrong & McGlynn, ‘keeper Waller has been a Claret since he was 12. His loan at Lancaster, who he joined back in October, runs until 5th March.

With the Dolly Blues, he put in a Club-picked Man of the Match performance away at Warrington Town in a 2-0 defeat last Tuesday. The shot stopper then impressed again on Saturday in a 2-0 win at home against FC United of Manchester.

Will Norris (Peterborough United)
Completing the five goalkeepers from the Club currently out on loan is Norris with Peterborough in Sky Bet League One.
His loan with the Posh runs until the end of the season, and on Saturday they were beaten 5-0 at home by high-flying Bolton Wanderers. Three of those five goals came in a nine-minute spell either side of half time.

Wout Weghorst (Manchester United)
Dutch striker Weghorst’s loan at United runs until the end of the season.

The Red Devils faced Leeds United home and away last week, drawing 2-2 before winning 2-0 at Elland Road. Weghorst played 59 minutes at Old Trafford and the full game in Yorkshire, getting the assist for Alejandro Garnacho’s goal as well as seeing a strike of his own ruled out for offside.
