Part Two of this week’s ‘Loan Watch’
12 players are currently on loan deals away from the Club, across various leagues and countries, including the Danish Superliga, Scottish Premiership, German Bundesliga and Turkish Süper Lig.
This tally includes players from the first team and U21s, and below is a round up of how the final six players, in alphabetical order, fared in this week’s fixtures.
Michael Mellon (Morecambe)
There was no club football for Mellon this week, as the Shrimps scheduled game with Crawley Town was called off due to international call ups.
The on-loan forward, however, was one of the those call ups, as he made the Scotland U21s side, twice featuring as a substitute in their respective home wins against Hungary and Malta.
Derek Adams’ side return to action this weekend when they travel to face Sutton United in Sky Bet League Two.
This week’s game(s): SAT – Sutton United (A), TUE – Tranmere Rovers (H)

Owen Dodgson (Barnsley)
Similarly, to Mellon’s Morecambe, Dodgson and Barnsley were without a fixture this week, due to their game against Bolton Wanderers being postponed because of international call ups.
The high-flying Tykes currently sit 3rd in the Sky Bet League One table, picking up 22 points from 12 games this season.
Neill Collins’ side resume their league campaign on Saturday with a trip to take on Leyton Orient.

Samuel Bastien (Kasımpaşa S.K.)
Kasımpaşa did not play in the past week as the international break was taking place, so Bastien was without a fixture.
Kemal Özdeş’ side are currently eighth in the league table and have gained 12 points from eight games.
When they return to action on Sunday, Kasımpaşa will take on Sivasspor away from home, who sit a place below them in the table.
This week’s game(s): SUN – Sivasspor (A)

Sam Waller (Hyde United)
As the Tigers had two games this week, Waller played 90 minutes in both, as they firstly fell to a 2-0 defeat against Avro in the Manchester Premier Cup, before the ‘keeper kept a clean sheet as Hyde won 3-0 away at Bradford (Park Avenue).
After that win, Nick Spooner’s side have moved up the table, and are now seventh after 11 games.
The Tigers face another busy week as they take on both Warrington Rylands and Ilkeston Town in the next seven days.
This week’s game(s): SAT – Warrington Rylands (A), TUE – Ilkeston Town (H)

Scott Twine (Hull City)
As with the rest of the Sky Bet Championship teams, the Tigers were without a fixture this week due to the international break.
Hull are ninth in the league table, with 17 points from 11 games this season and Twine has featured nine times for Liam Rosenior’s team during his loan spell.
They face Southampton at the MKM Stadium in their next game as they return to action and continue their early play off place push.
This week’s game(s): SAT – Southampton (H)

Wout Weghorst (TSG Hoffenheim)
Hoffenheim did not feature this weekend due to the ongoing international fixtures, however Dutch striker Weghorst did play for his nation.
Across two games, the on loan forward saw 90 minutes of Netherlands action, starting both games against France – in which they lost 3-1 – and Greece, where they recorded a 1-0 victory but Weghorst unfortunately missed a spot kick.
As the focus returns to club football, Pellegrino Matarazzo's 5th placed side face Eintracht Frankfurt at home on Saturday.
