Burnley Football Club can confirm that Joe Bauress has joined Sky Bet League Two side Accrington Stanley on loan until the end of the 2025/26 season.
The move is the midfielder’s first since he joined the Club at the age of eight, progressing through the Academy ranks and making his full senior debut in the Emirates FA Cup last season.
Bauress has spent pre-season training with the first team and travelled to Portugal with Scott Parker’s side.
He now links up with Stanley manager John Doolan and former Clarets Academy team-mate Benn Ward, with the Reds hosting Oldham Athletic in the Carabao Cup this evening.
