Interim Head Coach Mike Jackson spoke to the media following Sunday's 1-1 draw with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The Clarets came from a goal down to secure a point on the final day of the season, thanks to Zian Flemming's 11th goal of the campaign.
Here's what Jackson had to say ...
SECOND HALF RESPONSE
“It was an okay performance.
“It was a really poor start from us. Not good enough at all.
“We’ve not been used to having as much of the ball as we had today.
“We fixed a few things at half-time and we were a lot better in the second half.
“We deserved the point, if not more in the end.
“It’s a game we should have probably won - I felt we deserved a win with the chances we created.”
FLEM'S FINISH
“It’s another great finish from Zian.
“He’s had an outstanding season and took his goal really well.
“Eleven Premier League goals is a great achievement. Incredible really.
“He puts so much into everything he does - he’s fully deserving of the accolades.”
FAN APPRECIATION
“The fans have stuck by us throughout the season.
“There’s been a lot of noise around the season but the spirit has always been there. That should be a given in any team.
“We got a response from the players after half-time and I felt the fans appreciated it.”
